I have to say Lucy was a dream to work with. Very relaxed tho attentive, she immediately grasped my personal situation & came up with a solution which was then executed.
Apart from being extremely professional, Lucy was lovely, very personable & explained everything so clearly that it was impossible not to understand.
Made what I thought was a mammoth problem into a baby elephant!

With my case i needed a swift response as my case was getting closer, i rang multiple solicitors and all said they would get back to me , they never did! Wilford smith rang me back the same day! Initial contact was ok. They got the job done but lacked immensely in communication it was quite difficult to reach any and when they eventually get back to you answers are vaguely explained. Towards completion I
had to pay so many extra fees its unreal. I found that very frustrating i won't use them again no.
