"Commercial Documents review"
Enrique was fantastic in his approach to reviewing and commenting on some commercial documentation and contracts. In excess of 100+ pages of contract listed under two legal jurisdictions very much in legalese. To the lay person is definitely a challenge. Handed over to Enrique at Wilford Smith he not only deciphered it, but was able to communicate both its content and more importantly the meanings and implications. More over there was a genuine caring for me as the client re the implications of the document, he absolutely had my back and was not just chasing a fee at the end of the case.
I would absolutely onwards refer the team at Wilford Smith and now I have used them I will not be going anywhere else for legal advice. Simply superb....

Victoria turned around my case and left it with Joshua Mylvaganam after a rocky beginning with the company. As my case has occasionally required urgent attention, Joshua has always been incredibly kind and timely with information. It was always appreciated that he gave simple explanations of things. Hopefully, everything will be concluded on Monday after Joshua saw my matter through to the to end.

"Not great customer service/communication "
Throughout the whole process with purchasing our property it was extremely difficult to get in contact with anyone working on our team and 9/10 times if we called up to question something there would be no one available.
Multiple occurrences of unclear information or instructions when dealing with paperwork and the assistants kept asking for documents they’ve already received and confirmed receipt.
Victoria however was the only upside, if we really needed to speak to someone then more often than not she would clear up any confusion or provide us with the information required.
However overall we will not be recommending to anyone in the future and will be advising our mortgage advisor of our experience with these Solicitors.

"AVOID"
AVOID. AVOID
We have been on the receiving end of appalling service from Wilford Smith. We are selling a flat and our buyer is using the firm for the conveyancing. They have delayed and frustrated a very simple conveyance. There is no point of contact.
It is almost impossible to get hold of anyone.
Our agent was asked to leave them alone.
They received all the information from our solicitor on time, and waited 2 months before reviewing it just before exchange, and we have now had a massive delay as a result.
They are appalling. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID

"Proactive, approachable and easy to work with.."
The team at Wilford Smith are very proactive with the provision of our HR advice, updating employee handbooks when legislation changes, the advice is insured as they are lawyers not HR advisors. We have been with Wilford Smith for a year and they have fulfilled every requirement we have had, are quick to respond and friendly and approachable. Not many lawyers are both! Big thanks

""Unforeseen fees""
"Unforeseen fee" after "Unforeseen fee". Considering its their job to to give accurate quotes and know what kind of fees are coming they did an appalling job. The cost was double their initial quote. "We can't dictate third party fees". No, but you should have a better understanding and knowledge of what fees are likely to come up. Not ask for thousands more and simply say they were "unforeseen" it's your job to foresee them.
