Happy Customer!!! Excellent experience from order to delivery!!! I purchased a refurbished Steelcase Amia, and selected fabric, new cylinder, and armrests. Just like new!!! I researched this company by watching their Steelcase lineup of office chairs on YouTube, and read Trustpilot reviews before deciding to go with Btod. Glad I did!!! Highly recommend this company if you’re looking at purchasing a very good office chair without paying $$$$.

Chair as described and very sturdy. Nice birchbark color. I am 5 foot four; my son is 6 foot four and we both have the same chair and it is as comfortable for him as it is for me. I had a problem with the FedEx delivery and BTOD’s customer service was amazingly responsive.

I got a great price on a really good chair. Shipping did take a few weeks but for the price I got it at compared to retail it was well worth the wait.

I did have two issues with the cylinder,
1) I put it in wrong and needed help getting it set back.
2) The height stopped working.
both times btod responded within minutes and solved my issues.

Chair appears new, is comfortable, and works well. Has an off-gas smell to it and they delayed shipping a bit, but at least they notified me with a pleasant email. Most companies just tell you suck it up and it'll get there eventually. Quite happy with my purchase so far

"Lacking quality control, good customer service "

This is my 4th stand up desk purchase; my first from BTOD. VertDesk v3 is advertised to be one of the best desks in the market in this price range. Unfortunately, mine arrived with a structural defect of one leg and a cosmetic defect of the other. Took a week to sort it out, receive replacement and return the defective legs. This issue could have been avoided with simple quality control measures. The customer service was very friendly and attentive. The product, however, overpromised and underdelivered. I have not had a single problem with my first three standing desks. As a result, my experience with VertDesk was disappointing.
