"Can't even sign up "

Was referred by my Gp and I've spent weeks trying to sign up without any luck. Everytime I contact costumer service they say they will get back to me and then they don't!
Very disappointing, hope the nhs isn't paying to much for this as I'm sure I'm not the only one having issues!

I have been counting calories with Weight Loss Resources for many years and invested a lot of time saving my own recipes etc. I like the site, find it easy to use and can come and go, as long as I pay the reasonable subscription.
Out of the blue my one and only credit card won't work, it is the only place I have trouble.

I have tried many apps/websites over the past few years and found them way over complicated and very much based in America.

Most apps or websites tends to be very faddy, money milking and patronising. I'm very disappointed with the majority of them.

This is a British website and I've tried it on a free week's trial. Did find it a tad complicated to navigate but figured it out.

Email support has been good & fairly quick especially for a deaf retired ex C.A.D. Designer like me. I'm very logical and & sensibly old fashioned. I'm known for being a bit like Spock from Star Trek. LOL.

It's very much based on correct British dieting science. The food database is TOTALLY BRITISH.

One of my main criticism is that there can be far too many listings for one for a food item.
Try searching for a home standard coffee expresso machine coffee for a normal sized cup of coffee with a bit of milk, nothing fancy but you will get at least a hundred coffee variations from various shop outlets, etc. That's way too much in reality. Tech guys, better clean them up a fair bit or do something with it. 😊.

I've created my own private coffee listing on the website with a bit of fiddling about. Sorted.

I love cooking from scratch and the website has opened my eyes that certain food items are shockingly high in calories. I even created a fair few recipes on the website which are pleasingly low in calories. Just created a gorgeous Instant Pot beef casserole with new potatoes & runner beans totalling 490 calories. Not bad for a satisfying dinner!

Other than that, it does look very promising so I've signed up for 3 months.

This is one of the best weight loss sites ever! great plans and good to know that someone else can deal with the calorie counting. I hope to reach my target weight by mid 2024 in time for my beach holiday.
This website is far better than joining a local weight loss group which gave me no support or advice whatsoever, and cost a lot each week! The price of WLR is great and within my budget. I am currently doing the Beach Body Diet Plan and using vegan options, and am loving it!! So glad I found WLR thank you!!

"Good weight loss tool"

I joined this website in November 2021 -after reading reviews and am delighted with my weight loss so far. Being able to have instant calorie calculations of food and exercise as well as seeing the progress charts for weight loss and BMI loss is a positive that spurs me on to achieve my end goal. It is a reasonable cost and cheaper than the well known slimming groups. Excellent and I can recommend this as a good tool for achieving the loss of lbs!!

This is a very easy way to tot up your daily calorie intake, I particularly like the way I can easily input home cooked recipes. It also provides good stats on the ratio of fats, protein and carbs you are consuming.
