"Avoid like the plague"
AVOID this company and its poor quality products.
Brought a Feider mower back in April of 2023. In June this year the pull cord snapped and re coil broke. It took Mow Direct 5 weeks to come back to me to tell me that the part was not covered under their 2 year warranty. Mid August I ordered the replacement part via them and it's still not arrived.
They have no idea when the part will come in but fail to keep me updated. I haven't had a mower since June and at this rate will have to buy a different one for summer next year.The customer service is shocking, calls and emails are very rarely returned and, when they are, the staff do not seem to know what is going on.

"Quick despatch - Check Delivery Charge"
Good quick despatch and product (lawn tractor) as described. No indication of delivery time slot provided. Delivery driver struggled to offload delivery due to the way it had been loaded, so had to help.
Advert indicated free delivery but on checkout, charge of £100 was applied. Emailed Sales Dept to question this but no response.

I got the mower I ordered and it was delivered very quickly by a lovely guy, and the lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and obliging with any queries I had.
The price was competitive and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this company.

"Avoid Mow Direct and Feider!!!!!!!"
Bought a Feider petrol jet wash and it started failing during the warranty period after very little use. Mow Direct have just washed their hands of the warranty.
They just fob you off and tell you to use the “Swap Europe” service who respond in French when you try to communicate with them. Swap eventually responded and decided I had no warranty without even inspecting the unit, saying it had a dirty carburettor. They must have mystical powers to be able to diagnose without a video or looking at it.
I would not recommended either that brand or Mow Direct as they just ignore your emails if it’s an issue they don’t really want to deal with.
Don’t waste your money there.

AVOID!! worst company I have ever dealt with. Firstly provided a product that did not work properly and was not fit for purpose then tried to hold £750 back because it was not a product the normally stock and made up a delivery charge that was never advertised or even charged for at the start.
