Ordered Stiga brushcutter and battery. Good price and quick delivery... but for the battery only. It turned out the brushcutter was not in stock and not due for 3 months. Ordered another instead which came quickly (and they price matched another vendor). Products are dispatched from Stiga directly rather than stocked at MowDirect.
Good: price
Bad: need to check availability with Stiga before selling

Issues with communication regarding their payment systems being down when I placed the order.

Item arrived with scratches.
Emailed the company to ask about the scratches with absolutely no reply.

Wouldn’t purchase again.

Bought a not exactly cheap ride-on Mountfield. Delivery was ok but after-service is frustrating. Booked service and when mower returned did not work ! lots of phones calls and photos still no help so got in local company who confirmed that the deck had been re-assembled incorrectly making it impossible to engage the blades. Tyres go down and were apparently re-inflated but were flat when mower used for first time a few weeks later. When questioned if they were looked at during service ( as I was charged ) I was told they were re-inflated and sealed and if they have gone down again new inner tubes needed. All in all not impressive for a mower that is less than 2 years old , is used on a flat medium sized lawn and whats more now has had to have the earth wire resoldered to the battery ...
I have also asked 4 times for a copy of invoice for the service to be e-mailed and still waiting for it ( as did not original)
