Great price and quick delivery.
The only downside; when you order a ride on mower, its delivered on a very large pallet, the wheels are wedged between the slats and the mower is held in place by wire ties underneath the mower, and impossible to reach, without using a saw to cut around the the slats, then physically lift one end of the mower and push. Assembling the various components requires patience and a degree in engineering. There should be an advisory notice shown when purchasing. It took three hours to dislodge it from the pallet and 4 hours to assemble.

"Better than ever!"

I purchased a Feider mower from MowDirect last year which I really like to use (and was great value). The pull-cord snapped so I tried to mend it and got in a big mess! I called MowDirect and they invited me to drop by the next day which I did. The staff were very helpful and friendly, sorted the issue on the spot (which wasn't straightforward) and I was delighted with the service. I had not realised what a competent firm they are, far more than the internet discounters I previously presumed them to be. I am now a fan. Thanks!

"Bought a Fielder 53cm refurbished…"

Bought a Fielder 53cm refurbished petrol mower, electric start.
Delivery company gets a poor rating, as after he loaded pallet onto his forklift, advised our drive's slope meant he couldn't pull it up and would have to leave on the highway; what? Suggested we both try and PUSH up our drive; that worked.
The mower came with no manual; unsatisfactory when you've spent £600, and why no bottle of oil provided?
Somewhat concerned that parts eg blades/filters have to be ordered in € and imported from a French company. No local servicing agents for this mower brand, which means it'd have to be returned to MOW DIRECT. The mower leaves an excellent finish, and starts 1st time.
Engine does suffer jerkiness, and they asked for a video to be submitted; however, you can't see or hear it, BUT YOU CAN FEEL IT.
No response from Josh after I e mailed YOU TUBE url of mower in action.
Somewhat concerned at fragility of the rear rollers which are only PLASTIC.
Few YOU TUBE videos on this brand, but one repairer documents changing rear rollers, which he described as being of a poor design + quality.
We'll see how long they last.

"Broken Mower but great customer service..."

The mower I received was broken, covered in oil, and came in a very dented box. However, after contacting Mowdirect, they replaced the mower and picked up the old one at no extra charge. Thanks to the customer service team for resolving this. I will definitely recommend buying from this website.

"Poor experience unfortunately "

Bought a Feider lawnmower 1 year ago. Nothing but trouble with drive wheel breaking, which admittedly they sorted, but now constant trouble starting. If it started it occasionally worked but usually cut out immediately. Want money back, as not fit for purpose, but am now told by Mowdirect I must contact France!! to get a warranty claim - basically Mow not interested even though my purchase contract is with them. Suggest buy from someone else if you need service. Poor product and poor after sales.

"Fantastic Customer Sevice"

Whilst there was a problem with the Spectrum mower shortly after I purchased and started using it, MowDirect were fantastic (very prompt, no quibbles) in delivering a replacement and fully assembled new mower!
