"Absolute rubbish"

Absolute rubbish. I enter a selection of favourite channels, they may be there for say 24 hours and then disappear. Any planned recordings are also prone to disappear. The box is part of a package supplied by BRSK who seem incapable of sorting out the problem. The problem has been ongoing for months now. If I could give minus 5 stars I would.

"Absolute rubbish"

Absolute rubbish, I've just spent hours trying to get beyond the adverts after section 1 of a film on my5.
7 adverts after 7 adverts each time I try to play it.
Netgem TV seems to stumble along with a box that barley copes with the instructions from the remote. I have only had it for 2 months but all I seem to be doing is paying £10 a month for Freeview. Sky is dearer but at least it worked. Just wish I coukd get out if the contract. I certainly will never renew it,

"Just one problem after another..."

Just one problem after another. Worked with Alexa, then it didn't (all I did was add an Alexa dot in another room). So I read do a factory reset (I'd set up Alexa numerous times but Alexa can never find the Netgem box). Btw: Netgem last updated their Alexa connection 4 years ago!!!!! But I forgot when I did the reset that Netgem hangs up when trying to find my Eero router. So now I can't connect to the Internet. This is the third time. In the past, Netgem displays the list of available networks after hours and numerous rebooting of all the hardware. I'm so tired of Netgem. I've lost hours fighting it.

"Price meets quality"

I have loved using my soundbox provided by Netgem. It has allowed me to access French channels in the UK and loads of free apps. Highly recommend!
