I have been using Gregor Heating for several years now for my boiler service and gas safety checks. I have always been very pleased with the service - from the ease and accommodating lengths they go to, to find a appointment that suits me, to the engineers coming out. They are always friendly, and reassuring. The engineer who came today, Dan, was simply lovely, he took the time to explain what he was doing and why, and even picked up a few things that previous engineers hadn't.

It was actually the second day in a row that we had a Gregor Plumbing and Heating visit our premises. This occasion it was for our boiler service as we have just signed up for the cover plan. Phil the engine arrived at the booked time, and carried out the check efficiently and with a genuinely friendly manner. The plan itself is great value as we had looked at other companies in the area. Also as we have always been completely satisfied with the work carried out on our new build, it was an easy decision.
