Engineer Dawn was very polite and explained the problem with our boiler step by step. Very neat and clean and completed the visit very professionally. Was a late visit (due to allocated engineer held up on previous job).But this wasn’t a problem for the on call engineer.

Awful comapny to do business with, they will shaft you and make promises they can't deliver. Engineers are run off they feet. Use a local engineer who will look after your heating system. Not someone who cares about how many mansions he got around the world.
