Disliked - didn’t phone to say on the way which I’d requested.

Disliked - kept getting texts that engineer would be here between 12-5 even tho he was booked for 1-5 as I wasn’t at home before

Not sure - very speedy. Good I to it done but not confident it was done properly when done so fast. (Esp as friend had problem with very fast (different) Gregor engineer who doesn’t seem to have done a good job)
