Every time they need come to repair the same defects at least two times.
First time, the engineer repair the toilet tank caused all of the walls and floor were wet and can't fully settled the problem.
I need to take 3 days annual leave to serve them as one of three times didn't come due to typo the date caused no show.

The Engineer arrived on time and carried out the Heat Pump service with the minimum of fuss. Checking all the valves/Pumps and cleaning the filters. The Engineer had to carry out a recall due to a flow issue but sorted it out , and came up with a solution. He also updated me vis phone - excellent service.

A difficult problem, left by a previous incompetent plumber, which required access to underfloor and above ceiling. Your plumber was careful, efficient and communicative. We appreciated his skill and care

Darren is brilliant! He came to install hive wifi thermostat. He stayed until then job was done even though he could have left us because all was working just the app was not connected. He waited patiently, communicated with the service centre and while waiting checked our boiler! He is sweet with the kids too! All the best!
