"Shocking after sales service"

The after service is terrible. I paid for a new dongle for my installed system after 3 months of trying to get through. I also paid for an engineer visit. The first visit didn’t happen and ESE didn’t even call to say he wasn’t coming and reschedule. I had to call and complain for ESE to rebook the engineer. He turned up 4 months after the initial problem and he did not have the part with him so he left. ESE did not even call to book another engineer visit. Shocking after sales service.

ESE surveyor was very professional and our solar system was checked and he said was all in order. Have only given 4 stars as he was late arriving it was supposed to be between 10-2 but arrived 3.40 apologised but I had to ring to find out where he was which is I think unprofessional in this respect.

So far so good. Christine has been really helpful and explained everything really well. We have not yet had to use ESE for an emergency call-out, so I am unable to comment on that aspect.
