Sometimes there are problems with an order. What makes a huge difference is when you have a customer service that listens to the problems, is proactive in resolving the problem, and resolves your problem. Sofas and Sectionals went above and beyond. We LOVE our sofa and will use sofas and sectionals again!

I will start with the beginning and move forward. I ordered a beautiful sectional from Sofas & Sectionals, the Southern home living, Sweater Bone. So pleased and content with my choice! What could go wrong? The answer might be almost everything! Ha! So, our ordering process went fine. Within a few weeks I was contacted by the delivery company that they were about to deliver to my home. We were out of town. So we pushed the date out. They did not make it. Nor did they contact me to say it was going to change. So I called and I talked to Sarah and she handled everything. The delivery company gets to the house and the fella pulls the stuff out and as he’s unwrapping everything inside our door, I realize that part of it does not match. The wrong corner! Oh, and did I forget to tell you that part of the sectional was not on that truck. So the manufacturer, southern living, had produced the wrong item corner. We waited for the other part of the sectional to finally be delivered and it was after two or three delays by the delivery company mostly because of pure stupidity. Sarah was in my corner the entire time! We both thought that this could be fodder for a Saturday night live skit! Having said that, I love as does everyone who comes to my home our sectional. Please don’t fret about ordering from Sofas And Sectionals. They’ve got your back. I felt like Sarah was a daughter or a niece coming to the rescue for me. FIVE STARS! Oh, and am

Our service advisor Hannah was great in communicating what the status of our repair was, and always followed up afterwards to make sure we were happy.

There was very good communication from the date of purchase to the delivery of the Swivel/recliner and until the item was fully functional. The wiring for the recliner was not attached to the motor when it was delivered. Apparently, it was a factory defect. A new motor was quickly sent and a technician came to the house to install the new motor. Every step of the way was explained via email so that I was fully aware of the process. It's the customer service after the sale that determines how great the company is. Yes, there was a bit of inconvenience but I gave it 5 stars because of the way the entire process was handled. The Swivel/recliner is well-made and comfortable. A very attractive addition to the Master Bedroom.

I found a designer console table at Sofas and Sectionals that I had been looking at for months. Their price was better and their customer service was excellent. I dealt with Hannah and she was was always prompt with her replies and always followed up as promised.
I received my item three months after purchasing it. This is the average delivery time that I have been experiencing over the past year.
