"I purchased a dress for my grandaughter…"
I purchased a dress for my grandaughter using the sizing chart. Whe it was received it was too small. I then purchased the next size up and attempted a return. They said it was on "Final Sale" and they do not issue returns on Final Sale items. The problem is that it does not say final sale on their web site, it is only in the confirmation email (down at the bottom where you may not see it is a message preview) that it says Final Sale, but this after I purchased. Very Sketchy. Am now working with Credit card company to rectify

I found the customer service lacking. Ordered a dress - it went on sale not even 24 hours later and they would do nothing. Anyone else would give you a coupon or something. And the dress ran very small - not noted - so I asked to exchange the size and they would not do anything since it was final sale. But they did not indicate the sizing issue on the website.
I would not use this site again. It's telling they don't even have a phone number. Buyer beware. Although reviews were good for me customer service is key- on a dress for more than $100!

The customer service team at Maisonette is exceptional. When a toy I’d ordered for my grandson’s birthday took an inordinate time in arriving, I contacted the company and heard back from someone within hours. We remained in touch over the course of two more weeks, tracking the package (which was coming from one of their vendors); the Maisonette team was so reliable, getting back to me when they said they would and following up at every juncture. After the birthday had come and gone, and we finally decided to cancel the order, the refund process also was effortless and swift. This kind of lovely, responsive, timely communication with Customer Service departments, even at other high-end companies, is all too rare. I love this company--their products and their service--and highly recommend Maisonette!

"Unfair Fees & Poor Customer Service"
I had a terrible experience with Maisonette’s customer service. USPS lost my package, and despite reaching out when the tracking hadn’t updated for five days, they still charged me a $9.95 restocking fee to return the item. It makes no sense to penalize customers for something completely out of their control. This is unacceptable service, and I won’t be shopping here again. Beware of their return policies especially since they mostly sell childrens clothing!
Additionally they only have email customer support.
