De hasrd is ingebouwd door Peter Roeten met xijn compasn Gert. Wat een TOP WERK hebben deze 2 vakmensen gegeven ! Exht ZO MOOI ! Peter en Gert …. Dank voor jullie inzet en kunde. Dit wordt niet vaak gezegd …… maar heel veel dank voor al datgene wat jullie voor ons gedaan hebben ! We zijn zo tevreden ! Topwetk hebben jullie geleverd ! Jullue zijn echte vskmannen ! In de showroom werden we zeer vriendelijk behandeld en er werd goed meegedacht. Installatie van de haard werd vakkundig verricht. Top ervaring!

Elektrische haard besteld. Levering een paar weken later. Dat kan gebeuren. Ik kreeg de app niet goed geïnstalleerd op mijn mobiel
Bedrijf gebeld. Zou binnen een paar dagen opgelost worden. Na 1 week kreeg ik via de mail nog een keer de handleiding hoe de app te installeren. Dit vind ik geen service. Ik heb een concrete vraag over probleem met de app en met een handleiding die ik al had moet ik maar zelf uitzoeken hoe het probleem opgelost wordt. Geen stijl!

Their failure to use an infrared light to detect pipes before drilling into my floor clearly shows their lack of competence.

When confronted, they refused to take responsibility and denied compensating me for their error. Now, instead of apologizing for their lack of professionalism and irresponsibility, they have resorted to lying in their response, claiming they compensated me and fixed the damage – which is entirely false.

It's appalling that Haardenexpert.nl not only fails to provide satisfactory service but also tries to cover up their mistakes with deceit. Their only concern is making money, even if it means damaging your property and leaving you to foot the bill.

De communicatie per telefoon was heel goed maar ook heel prettig, er werd goed uitgelegd wat er ging gebeuren en de afspraken met het bedrijf zijn prima nagekomen. Kortom niets anders dan lof, wij zijn dan ook heel tevreden.
