"Dishwasher - very happy with purchase"

First time user of this company - very pleased with the on-line service, price (excellent) and messaging on progress and delivery. Dishwasher arrived as promised with very helpful delivery people (company's own I think). Appliance was packaged well, with no problems and is now installed and working fine. Very happy with the purchase, good product. A caveat - I looked at many reviews (here and elsewhere) and decided to fit it myself and recycle the packaging. Glad I did as it was a fiddly install (its an integrated dishwashing machine) that needed some joinery for the kitchen doors and a little nuancing to get it to fit well enough to look right. I'm happy and handy enough to do this (mistakes would then be mine) but it's worth thinking about stuff like this when you purchase on-line. The appliance supplier may be excellent (as they were in this case) but the install is a different kettle of fish.

From the initial contact they were super responsive and helpful. Nigel has been amazing to work with and super proactive to help us with a tricky part (rangemaster) for our kitchen.

This is a quite superb company. I was properly advised when I got through to sales which Fisher & Paykel fridge freezer to buy. It was in stock. It was nearly half the price of the maker’s price. It arrived within 2 working days of my order by a brilliant delivery company CDS. A really 10 star service by both the staff at the Appliance Centre and by their delivery company CDS.
