Thank you for contacting me today, I got through quickly and put through to the specialist team and spoke with Sally who help me go through all the necessary thing regarding my account and also we spoke at length about my health issues how they affect me… this lady was very helpful and kind.. very professional either way a great demeanour. I've been a customer for just under 20yrs, and I have to say, in all that time I've never had a problem with the service you give and the help I've needed at times for my account. Sometimes it's taken a little longer to understand things when things have changed but I've always had help if helps been needed. Like today, Imran was a joy to talk too. Polite, understanding and helpful. He discussed my issue with me , slowly, and explained everything, I didn't feel rushed in anyway and am very happy that hopefully my issue will be resolved quickly. A kind young man, took time to have a quick chat which brightened my day, thankyou Imran.
