Even though I closed my account years ago, I desperately needed a statement as I was in dispute with my landlord over payments, the member of staff who I spoke with was absolutely fantastic and couldn’t do enough to help me with my request. Really grateful for her support and assistance.

I’ve been a thinkmoney customer for over 6 years. I recently had a problem with one of my direct debits. After a long back and forth conversation between the recipient and CLARE at thinkmoney the problem has been resolved.

I've been a customer of thinkmoney for several years now. I've already been a victim of fraud, where initially I was accused of sharing a 1 time pass code, which I never requested. Was contacted last week, by someone from the fraud team. The chap had zero customer relation skills and told me an attempt had been made to use my card in a location where I wasn't based. He made the suggestion of my partner being the culprit. Making such suggestions without even knowing if I even have a partner wasn't the brightest approach. Currently in the process of closing this account
