After having an awful experience with another agent, I phoned back to try and get my issue resolved not holding my hope out that I would get the service I am usually accustomed to. I can honestly say Millie is a credit to your company and you should utilise her customer service skills to train other members of staff, as for me Millie is 10/10 when it comes to customer service, completely resolved my issue and renewed my faith in Think Money’s customer service. Having banked with think money for a number of years is not often I have to ring them, but I had a blip with my budgeting, I got through within a minute of holding and dealt with Imran who was brilliant and sorted my issue out straight away.

I have changed my employment and needed to make changes on my account due to being paid every 2 weeks,I wasn't sure how to do this on the app and it is very important that it's done correctly due to bills leaving the account on time, I spoke to a lovely lady called CLAIRE, she was amazing and very patient and talked me through the whole process with no rush, she is an asset to the company, thank very much Claire for your help.

I've been scammed and rang the bank. Spoke to Jamie who was brilliant. Made me feel at ease while we went though all the details. He explained what was going to happen and made sure I understood. He had the right balance of professional and friendly.

As a loyal customer of many years I had an unauthorised transaction taken from my account.
When they investigated they have refused to refund the money taken back into my account, despite their app stating that your money is protected from all unauthorised transactions.
If you want a bank who looks out for your money and protects their customers I would not advise using think money.
