Very stressful experience trying to withdraw money to pay for my holiday phoned 9 times spoke to very rude unhelpful customer service agents eventually spoke to a very helpful lady by the name of Millie who went over and above the beyond extremely helpful totally unnecessary for previous agents to be so unhelpful all that was achieved was my wife to be extremely upset and very anxious

My call was taken by Imran. Imran was very happy and polite on the call, gave me all the information and timescales in regards to my query.
