Spoke to Think Money this morning. The call was answered in less than 5 minutes by a friendly and enthusiastic Jamie. He was helpful and quickly resolved my issue. Unfortunately, and no fault of Jamie's another issue has now surfaced, so I will need to ring the bank again. I am hopefully that my setting up process of my account will be resolved soon.

I phoned regarding a couple of enquiries. I was able to speak to a very polite, efficient and very patient and understanding young man who gave me advice regarding my enquiry and then very kindly talked me through how to use the app. Excellent customer service.

I had to phone regarding a payment that l had no idea about, l spoke to a lovely lady called Claire she was amazing 100% service from her, she listened to everything l said and resolved the problem extremely pleasant and polite to me.
She made me feel very comfortable talking to her.

Customer wait times for the contact centre never improve and I have serious concerns over their ability to safely manage my money.
It only take a news Google of thinkmoney to understand they can’t keep their own money safe internally…….

Been a customer of think money probably over a decade...
I recently was scammed.. had call off TM with the number up on screen.. man telling me he was from TM fraud dept.. did I ok a 200£ purchase? And an iPhone had been added to my app..that he'd cancel my card etc after I had another call later same night I called TM next day and they said I'd been scammed ..SIMON was absolutely fantastic talking me through what had happened clearly (I'm disabled with memory issues) and easily for me to understand..ordered me new card ..helped me change my password etc extremely helpful guy.. and a credit to TM!!

Found a suspicious pending payment on my account called and spoke to Jamie, who was very helpful, raised a fraud payment alert, sending a new card. Very polite, very helpful, to the point, and great explanations too

Can I ask so if I had a credit limit of say £750 & spent £650 & yes we all know 39.9% so how much would you be paying back a month please on a minimum payment
