"Title: Disappointing Experience, But Grateful for Imran’s Help"

I am highly disappointed with the services provided by ThinkMoney. Not only did they fail my transactions, but they also deducted transaction charges despite the failures. The delays were incredibly frustrating, and for almost one week, I did not receive any resolution or even a proper response regarding my payments.

Moreover, I was shocked to discover that ThinkMoney doesn’t offer any free accounts. Even for everyday transactions, they charge £2 per transaction, which I was not informed about before opting for their services. This hidden cost feels unfair, especially when the transactions don’t even go through successfully.

However, I must acknowledge the exceptional support I received from one of the customer service representatives, Imran. He was the only one who took the initiative to sort out my issue, and thanks to his efforts, I finally got my money back. His professionalism and willingness to help stood out in an otherwise unsatisfactory experience.

Despite Emran’s great assistance, my overall experience with ThinkMoney was negative due to the transaction failures, unnecessary charges, and prolonged delays. I hope ThinkMoney improves their services, transparency about fees, and communication to avoid such inconveniences for other customers in the future.

I am currently in the USA and have had my account compromised. I had a difficult time trying to get through to thinkmoney due to the time difference and not being able to call them directly. Once I was able to get in contact with them I spoke with several agents as the line kept getting cut but thankfully I was able to speak with an agent Michael A. who was extremely helpful and speedily was able to deal with my query and was able to rectify the issues with my card. I do want to thank all the previous agent with whom I spoke with aswell and appreciate the fact that my query was dealt with seriously. Great team at thinkmoney, keep on the great work 👏🏾
