"DO NOT BUY FROM FURLA"

DO NOT BUY FROM FURLA! Bought a purse for my significant other for Christmas. Shipped me the completely wrong item. When I reached out to get it corrected they gave no reason or option for me to receive the item that I purchased. Was a long process to get a return label to ship it back. The whole process took a month. Customer service team had an attitude and still don't have an answer as to why I cannot receive the item I ordered. Don't give them your hard-earned money!

"STOLEN BUT HAVE TO PAY"

Dear sir/madame,
On 16-12-2024 I returned a Furla bag from Zalando to Furla. It clearly says on the tracking info that the package weights 1 KG. Zalando confirmed receiving the package and that it came undamaged. Today they wrote me I have to still pay for the bag cause the package came empty. Since its weight was 1KG and Furla received it undamaged it must have been stolen by one of your staff and I get the blame for having to pay for something I returned. Zalando is not willing to help me and advice me to contact Furla. Can someone please help me I feel scammed stressed and very sad to pay for this item I don’t have. I asked to at least send the bag back to me then I don’t mind but Zalando doesn’t help me in any way. I will make a lawsuit but first I’m contacting Furla as Zalando suggested before I contact a lawyer. Can someone from Your company help me since it must have been stolen at Furla or Zalando is lying and never did any research. Can someone from your company please help me out.
I have the track and trace that says it arrived at Furla and that the package weights 1KG an empty package does not weight 1KG

THE ITEM WAS SEND DIRECTLY FROM FURLA TO ME AND RETURNED FROM ME TO FURLA AGAIN NOT BY ZALANDO!
FURLA THEN TOLD ZALANDO THAT THE RETURN BOX WAS EMPTY WHICH WAS NOT CAUSE DHL SCANS AND TRACK AND TRACE SHOWS IT WAS 1KG SO SOMEONE AT FURLA STAFF MUST HAVE TAKEN IT HOME AND LIED THAT THE PACKAGE WAS EMPTY WHICH WAS NOT TRUE AND I HAVE TO PAY FOR IT!!!

I have track trace that it has been sent from furla directly to me and returned directly to furla not zalando

"Nous avons passé une commande le…"

Nous avons passé une commande le 26/12/24 pour l anniversaire de notre fille pour le 07/01/25.
Le 06/01/25 ne recevant pas notre commande nous avons appelé le service client sans succès.
Puis a Dice de patienter nous les avons eu le 7 pour nous dire que notre commande n était toujours pas partie et qu elle allait partir.
Nous étions jour d anniversaire de notre fille et pas de cadeau 😡 alors que l on avait anticipé.
Ce matin donc le 9 je reçois un mail pour nous informer que le sac n est plus disponible et qu il procédait au remboursement.
Nous sommes en colère un service clients désagréable et qui ne comprend pas quand on leur parlent et qui s exprime avec difficulté.
Nous ne conseillons pas et nous ne commanderons plus. 😡😡😡😡

Ritengo opportuno raccontare la mia esperienza, in quanto completamente in contro tendenza rispetto alle valutazioni, sia per il prodotto che per la consegna con UPS.
Acquisto in data 6 gennaio due borse sul sito ufficiale di Furla. Subito dopo, leggo le recensioni. Sono quasi pentita di aver effettuato l'acquisto senza aver prima fatto un giro sui siti di recensioni.
Il giorno 7 gennaio, alle 18, ricevo la mail da Furla sulla spedizione avvenuta delle mie borse. La mia "ansietta"di non ricevere i prodotti ordinati non mi abbandona, visto che molti utenti, recensori, lamentavano ritardi o addirittura mancate consegne.
Leggo dappertutto recensioni negative sul corriere UPS; quasi mi decido a visitare la filiale della mia città, per andare a ritirare personalmente il pacco.
Sono le 11:00 dell'8 gennaio. Arriva il corriere con la mia bellissima scatola, contenente le due borse. Imballo elegante, borse ricevute in perfetto stato, con custodia propria.

"buckle fall apart after a few uses, guarantee does not apply, although offered"

I am a fan of FURLA-Bags-good leather quality, I have quite some of it, because I love to shop it on the airport, when I am waiting.
Until the small bag. The bag is used only a few times and the buckle broke without any reason. (Furla changed the buckel in the next production line of the model.)
It was within the two years guarantee. But the customer service told me-no, it is not bought in a FURLA-shop. The guarantee does not apply. So what should I do-it is a brandnew bag, just the buckle fall apart, the metal ist still shining, the leather has no scratch. i don't think it's good that it's not being repaired for environmental reasons either. I dont by any FURLA-bags again.
The contact with a FURLA-Store to repair the bag was not helpful-nobody responded.
Die Schnalle der kaum benutzten Handtasche brach vor Ablauf der 2 Jährigen Garantie bei normalem Gebrauch ab. Die Garantie wurde verweigert, weil die Tasche nicht bei einem FURLA-store gekauft wurde, sondern beim Shop am Flughafen. Die Garantie von FURLA ist damit Augenwischerei. Jetzt muss ich sie wegwerfen. Das ist definitiv nicht nachhaltig und für diesen Preis auch extrem ärgerlich. Ich kaufe nie wieder etwas von FURLA. Der vermittelte Kontakt von Furla war nicht hilfreich, keiner antwortete, um die Tasche zu reparieren. Service ist ein Witz bei FURLA-ich muss also eine neue Tasche wegwerfen. Die Umwelt dankt.

"Ho comprato una borsa il 14 dicembre…"

Ho comprato una borsa il 14 dicembre 2024 per fare un regalo di Natale.Ad oggi 04/01/25 la borsa non è ancora arrivata motivazione il loro caro corriere usato UPS il peggiore che possa esserci tra i corrieri evidentemente non leggono le migliaia di recensioni negative che ha.
Risultato una grande brutta figura..
Richiesto anche il rimborso ma mi dicono che devono aspettare che il pacco mai arrivato deve tornare indietro per rimborsarmi.
Conseguenza tutto questo mi ha comportato un bruttissima figura per il regalo mancato e se tutto vada bene con la restituzione di UPS penso mi rimborsino per tutto il 2025.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding my recent order placed on December 10th, which was canceled due to a carrier issue. The refund process has been both confusing and incomplete, and I demand immediate resolution.

Order and Refund Details:
December 10th: Placed order for 494,080 KRW (charged via credit card, though the website stated 488,800 KRW)
December 19th: Order canceled due to carrier issue; partial refund of 377,734 KRW
December 21st: Requested a full refund of the remaining 118,950 KRW
December 23rd: Received another partial refund of 112,260 KRW
Outstanding Amount:
Despite my request for a full refund, 6,690 KRW remains unrefunded. I cannot understand this discrepancy or why the refund was not processed in full from the start.

I demand that Furla refund the remaining 6,690 KRW immediately. It is unacceptable that this issue has not been resolved after several interactions. I also expect an explanation as to why the full amount was not refunded in one transaction.

It is outrageous that I have had to endure this frustrating process after never even receiving my order. This experience feels fraudulent and unprofessional. I demand immediate action to resolve this matter.

"I have ordered a golf shoes a 2 weeks…"

I have ordered a golf shoes a 2 weeks ago on the 15th of December at 22.36pm and when I check tracking it says awayting a courier collection from the 18th. No change in status. I cant find contact details on their website. Dont know how to request refund. No shoes no money no customer care contact number or email. What a scam. Avoid this company like a plaque

"I bought a bag from Furla outlet store…"

I bought a bag from Furla outlet store at Changi City Point Singapore outlet. Within a year, the zip of the Re-Candy bag spoils. I went back to the outlet and show it to the sales girl. I ask her whether can something be done about it, and she says there is nothing she can do about it, and tell me to use superglue to glue the zip back to the bag. I was quite shock at the respond, hence I mentioned, I am quite amazed at the lack of quality of the bag as I have used it for less than a year and it spoils. I bought it at a few hundred dollars. She responded that the bag only cost more than a hundred, trying to indicate that the price is cheap. To me, the Re-Candy is made of recycled materials, as Furla used to market it to save the environment. It is not even leather and recycled plastic is used for the bag. In view that it is made of recycled plastic and it is not even leather, a hundred over bucks is not cheap to begin with for something that is made from recycled plastic. A bag made from recycled plastic, that cost more than a hundred, and spoils in a few months (as it lasts less than a year), to me it is of lousy quality, given that Furla is said to be a luxurious brand. I am also shocked of such lousy service and attitude given by the sales person who is so nonchalant over the poor quality of their product. I don not think I will spend time and money on Furla again due to such poor service and quality.

"Catastrophique"

Après une commande assez facile à passer, je reçois quelques jours plus tard mon colis. Quelle ne fut pas ma surprise de recevoir un sac NOIR alors que j'avais commandé un COGNAC et d'un tout autre modèle que celui commandé. La facture jointe était conforme à ma commande mais pas au contenu de la boîte. J'ai donc renvoyé la marchandise et maintenant on me fait payer les frais de retour. Impossible d'échanger et de toute manière le sac n'est plus de stock à ce prix-là (Black Friday...). Service clientèle complètement en dessous de ce qu'on peut attendre.
