Auto-bcc has been a fantastic addition to my email setup. It CCs my assistant on all my client emails so that she can organize meetings for me. It's really easy to work with.

"I was a loyal user of the company for…"

I was a loyal user of the company for about a year, paying $85 monthly for several services.

In February 2024 I sent a request for support because my follow ups stopped working. I didn't receive any support, it seems it was something with their server idk, but in 3 days it started working again, so I totally forgot about it. But I left a negative review due to the lack of support.

Now 08.17 (after half a year) I recieved an email asking me to update my review from a person who said his name was Senad. He said he was the founder.

I was resistant to update my review as there was totally no support in my case and he sounded pretty much rude but I was ready to negotiate it.

And after that that Senad sent me a message that he is blocking my account, which was done immediatelly, right before I'm writing this review.

I had many services connected to their system, so now I will need to make many changes.

I warn you, dear people, that company doesn't do business ethically. But as you can see, they have multiple negative reviews, so I guess this company doesn't have a future.

I'm updating my review based on the response received.

I never said anything about money. I hoped for at least some respect from the company that asked me to update my negative review.

And I have evidence that your support team received my emails (I use a tracker), and didn't answer them. They answered the first email asking me to clear the cookies, but when I answered it didn't help, they stopped communicating.

It was you first who cancelled my account without reading my answer by email. You just said, "Oh, you are unhappy with our services. We are sorry we are cancelling your account."

Please flag this review, I have all the supporting documents including you cancelling my account with no notice.

By the way, when you cancelled my account, you cancelled only one service and didn't cancel the other two. Perhaps you were hoping that I would forget to cancel my other subscriptions.

Guys, really, if you ask something and it was your fault, be polite and offer a discount/free week but not account cancelation. You behave like you never did business before.

"Highly Reliable Backup Service & Fab Support"

Have used CloudHQ for 10 years, paid service to backup data from other apps to Dropbox (re: archive protocol). When there are problems, customer support is truly outstanding - quick responses - and unlike other support at other apps/ services, their feedback/ solution seems always work first time. Nothing but good things to say.

One note on the 1star reviews - I find it deeply irritating when reviewers try to blackmail/ strongarm a company into refunding them by leaving negatives: highly recommend if you're subscribed to a service without knowing, that... you take some responsibility and learn from your own mistakes.

CloudHQ's "Emails to Sheets" is the game changer that literally saved my sanity. I was panicking and procrastinating sieving through hundreds and years of emails line by line for data I needed in court proceedings. Yet in minutes I was able to fully automate this task, which then gifted me the spreadsheet of my dreams. No way I would have gotten through it otherwise.

The free version is not very helpful: 4 days for 7MB of syncing between Evernote and Onenote. The paying version might be faster but is too expensive for me.

Excellent solution to backup emails. It is a little slower than expected but 100 times faster thank Google takeout (which never finishes ...)
