"I would give CloudHQ a zero if…"

I would give CloudHQ a zero if possible. I changed jobs and lost access to my work email which CloudHq was set up on. I didn't notice I was being charged but when I did I reached out to cancel (I wasn't looking for money back as it was my fault for not paying attention) It's been 6 months since reaching out a few times with no answer and CloudHQ is still charging my card. This is frustrating and unethical, possibly illegal. I will be moving forward with legal action soon if this is not resolved.

We use cloudHQ app called "Export Emails to Sheets".
This is really an excellent app for parsing emails (we are have incoming leads) and putting them into a spreadsheet everybody can see them.

I tried to use this product and it seemed to be working fine but I didn't get any forwarded emails like I was supposed to. The service just doesn't work, then I tried to contact them and I haven't heard anything from the team. I have emailed them a few times as it's totally stopped the movement of work and I'm just getting ignored. Really really disappointing and expensive.

The Google Drive transfer service was excellent. It kept formatting etc which an export/import does not. Their customer service was great.

I'm using cloudHQ product called "Export Emails to Google Sheets". It is an excellent for parsing emails (like FedEx notifications, leads email, Shopify notifications, and similar). I highly recommend it.
