If i could give a lower rating I would. I signed up for the service. I attempted to send 400 emails and they sent almost 1200 emails. When I tried to ask about this Robert, the owner actually sent an email to both me and another law firm violating my confidentiality. Then he blocked me from emailing him when I was being professional. Please do not use this product. There are many other products that do multi forward and the do it in an ethical manner. I will continue to write my experience all over the internet.

Maybe I picked the wrong day, but after installing their server is unresponsive for the last half hour. Possibly they don't have enough processing power at their server.

This review is just with respect to their email tracker and general contact.

The email tracker works well and I like the dashboard options, but there's a glitch in the software that make your emails in conversation mode impossible to collapse. If your email chain becomes long, it gets tedious to have to scroll through all the email instances to get to the current one to read. Not worth it for most emails.

I tried to contact them to fix this, and I had questions about setting defaults to remove the tracker, but they never replied.

They keep sending me advertisements and pop ups to try new things. This isn't something I'd want tacked on to my gmail, so I'm considering removing it. I prefer my gmail extensions to be less salesy.

I was looking for a simple solution that allows me to forward multiple gmail emails from my 'sent' folder at the same time. CloudHQ did the job simply and easily

I use CloudHQ for basic inbox syncing to google sheets, which allows me to tie in and automate purchase order confirmation, invoice, and shipping update processing, saving me roughly 4-6 hours a day of extra work. Those 3 workflows used to have to be accomplished manually, copying order numbers, pasting them into Gmail's search bar, opening the result, manually reading confirmation details, then pasting them into Netsuite. A long, repetitive, laborious process that made me question wanting to keep this job, until I stumbled on this add-in.

It allows me to pull all pertinent info: sender, subject, body, attachment links, and thread ID's, and imports them into google sheets automatically. Other services I've used, including Microsoft Power Automate, only parse text. CloudHQ exports a google drive link for attachments. This is the killer functionality that sold me. With the link, I was able to set up workflows that take the link of purchase order confirmations received and ingest them into Netsuite. The service has been reliable and consistent in my experience. I can't find a comparable service that is as easy to use or as robust.

Unfortunately, I cannot comment on the customer service as I have not had issues with the service or setup. Configuration of the service was simple, just check the boxes next to the information you want included in your spreadsheet. You can also parse custom columns from the subject and body of the email, useful in my case for separating PO confirmations, invoices, and shipping updates.

I spend a lot of time looking for ways to make my job easier, and generally go for the cheapest solution, as close to free as possible. This is the cheapest, most versitile, and easiest tool to use to sync your inbox in a way that is easily ingestible by Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.

"Non existent customer service"

Non existent customer service. Responses not even helpful. Waste of time and money. Shop someone else.

I downloaded the trial for my business as I needed to share labels with a team member. Some of the sub labels didn't share which showed a lack of consistency. I tried to contact support on several occasions and have received no response what so ever and have been unable to continue after the free trial as I can't get hold of anyone to help me resolve my issues. I hate giving companies negative reviews because we all have blips in our service but this is really poor and worrying as my emails still show signs that sharing is in place even after I've deleted the add-on.

It's been weeks since I sent an email and no response. Service seemed really slow. Took 2.5 minutes to transfer an empty folder between Google Drive and Dropbox. There were also files in Dropbox that wouldn't transfer to Google drive. Currently trying to get a refund.

The app is very good and easy to use in Gmail. I've been struggling with importing email templates that I created in other services. Thanks to Cloud HQ I have over come this. The use of the plug-in within G-Mail is so easy, literally 3 clicks and your email is ready with the template you wish to use. I can import multiple templates and adjust them within G-Mail and preview them for desktop and mobile services. It as also free to create an account and trial it with good customer support. I have had a great experience so far and it has allowed me to send professional emails to potential clients for my business. Its a create tool for email marketing or even other services like personalized emails to family friends for social events or anything else you wish to create email templates on.

It allows, me to link with the template creation site, import quickly and there are no issues i have seen with the quality of the templates once imported. It also has the option to create templates. There are a lot to choose from and I have used some of them. I have had a good experience in this area as well and produced good emails that have looked both professional and high in quality. It is also easy to use these templates. Very wel developed and needed app. that I highly recommend for anyone who would like to make great looking email templates or import them from other applications. I've used mailchimp so without could HQ I would not have been able to achieve my email marketing for my business. Thanks for the service, has helped me a lot and has allowed me to expand my audience with quality, simple solution for a this matter and easy to use.
