"Nice company"
It’s been a few months since I’ve been using cloudHQ and I find their products save a ton of time. I really like the email templates and export emails to sheets.

"Save Emails as PDF - very useful"
I used cloudHQ's Save Emails as PDF to obtain some emails for court, and it worked exactly as advertised: I selected the label, and I received one large PDF containing all the emails.

"A rating lower than zero"
A rating lower than zero. We noticed monthly charges from CloudHQ after an audit of one of our business credit cards. After digging into it, we discovered we were being charged by CloudHQ for months after an employee left our company who was in charge of CloudHQ, that didn't cancel the account. There was no activity on this CloudHQ account for over a year. We had no idea that we were still being charged. We informed CloudHQ. They refunded only a couple months out of a whole year's worth of charges. After a couple of back and forths they resorted to a stock lawyer email and refused to refund the rest. Their service works well; however we'll never use CloudHQ again. CloudHQ made sure to take the easy crumb of "profit" through sketchy means instead of greater and more reliable profit through trust-building business practices.

"Bad support for a failing system"
Purchased a license for Sync and Backup to sync files from SharePoint to Dropbox. The sync started working for a few days, then stopped with an error saying the SharePoint bandwidth threshold has been exceeded. Microsoft does not have any documentation in regards to this threshold (they have docs on file size and max file transfer size, but nothing about limits). After a few days without movement, we contacted cloudhq support (they can only be contacted via email). The only response was a link to the Microsoft documentation about file limits. One month later, no movement. Opened a case with Microsoft who said to check with CloudHQ, because nothing on their side is blocking. Multiple emails to CloudHQ support have now gone unanswered. Requests for a sync report also goes unanswered. Their system does not function completely and support is non-existent.
At Microsoft's request, the sync was restarted from scratch. The new sync stopped cataloging folders a few days ago, but no error messages, no new synced files, and no notification email received saying the initial sync has completed.
I found an alternative company at multicloud.com that seems to offer the same service, but at half the price. Since these guys don't want to support their customers, I suggest looking elsewhere.

A little expensive. I hope the price can be lower. Function is good.

"Cloud HQ is a rip off - do not provide your credit card details"
Rip Off - do not use. I tried to access the website to close my account and cannot even reach their website. All I get is this message:
Error - Access denied
What happened?
We noticed a unusual activity from your IP address and our firewall disabled the access. Cannot stop payment via my bank either...

"If I could, it would be a NEGATIVE NUMBER!"
If I could, I will give it a negative number for the moral issue! If I knew it earlier, I would not even use it. I only used it in April. When it asked for my credit card, I chose only to pay one month. I was not notified that it would take money from my credit card automatically each month at all. I just realized it today. Then I contacted their Help Desk to explain that I never used the APP in both May and June and asked for a refund. Then, I got refused. The person just responded me with the rule, but I was not notified about the rule before at all. I personally feel it’s like a thief took money from my pocket. I am very disappointed about how the company handle the situation. It definitely lost my trust. I wished I searched for the comments earlier, so I could’ve avoided using it. I hope people can learn from the experience of many victims of CouldHQ, be careful!!! They earn black money!
