"Alert:Phishing Scam !!"

Please read:
after i have given an authorization to ACCESS my Gmail account in order to setup one of their apps that send emails to SMS, after few hours I have started receiving a so bad phishing scam SMS that was trying to lure me to click on a sad scam,i have linked automatically linked their apps to the scam as a guy who works in infosec this took my attention and brought a new SIM card and did install their app on new email with the new SIM card

surprise! same phishing scam SMS start receiving on the new SIM card, this looks like a sophisticated organised crime network, you have been reported to the respective authorities mates.

I have been using cloudHQ to parse my emails messages (lead) for quite sometime now. Its really good tool and reliable tool.

Interesting. Four days ago I wrote of cloudHQ's non-existent customer service. Literally non-existent.
There was a long list of 1 star reviews preceding mine. Today I see about five 5star reviews, all submitted on the same day, yesterday. Strange.

Now I wish to cancel my account with them to be sure they do not continue charging me ( I used their product for one month, Feb-Mar).
But they anticipated this, and thus -disabled- my account. This means they remain in control of it, with my credit card details. I cannot cancel my account as I cannot gain access to it. I am once again quite shocked at the level of unethical practices cloudHQ engages in. I found their product good. I would have continued using them on an as-need basis, but Trust is paramount. Their level of ongoing deception continues to astound me.

It's ok cloudHQ. I know what to do.

After a long search to try and find a way to transfer our regular emails onto excel sheets, I found CloudHQ. It allowed me to easily and efficiently export my emails so I could arrange the information and send my findings to management. This has saved hours and hours of work and I am so happy with it. For this job, I have probably saved at least 20 hours of company time. I needed to extract email address, dates and times of emails and there was even options to filter the body of the email so I could find what I needed very easily.

Other services I used didn't have the practical filter options that CloudHQ offered of were very complicated to use.

I found CloudHQ very easy to use and we are very happy.

It allows me to pull all the important information that was required info: sender, subject, body, attachment links, and thread ID's, and imports them into google sheets automatically. These filter options are second to none and I hope to use this for all different types of job I have coming up.

The fact that it just does what you want and exports the files in a form that is workable is what means the most to me. I'm definitely not a computed whizz but this has given me a whole different range of analytics
I have not had to deal directly with anyone as I have not had any issues with login, functionality or otherwise. It has been the easiest system to use, that I have ever used. All I have to do it to tick the boxes that I need and the info is extracted.

I work in a very fast paced environment and this system has already allowed me to work at a faster pace. It is great value for money, the functions do what they are supposto, and most importantly everything gets out onto a spreadsheet for you. It is just brilliant

I tested out one of their extensions (email templates) and it would not load up, I re-tried multiple times then left feedback saying I could not get it to work and it had driven me crazy trying to get it to install! Later, I realised all of the cloud HQ apps were not working in my gmail and when I went to check it out, I was met with a message to say my IP address was blocked. When I returned to my office, I contacted the company wondering if it was perhaps due to there having been a free trial as I was genuinely interested in keeping the apps that had worked. I booked in a zoom consultation and then saw this was cancelled with an email saying:
"Hi, This is Senad Dizdar - founder of cloudHQ. Sadly, we cannot help you here. Your account is permanently banned from cloudHQ due to a break of our ToS (posting incorrect and defamatory comments about cloudHQ). Please do not email us or contact us anymore. Thank you, Senad "

This was pretty surprising as I'm very sure that at worst I said their template function didn't work well and I couldn't get any support to fix it. I'm not the sort to defame anyone. I emailed and asked for more information as I was genuinely perplexed and tried to book another meeting but the guy never showed up.

I own 5 UK businesses and at one time, promoted them to our 25 franchisees. I can't believe I was willing to upgrade to their paid-for service. Think I had a lucky escape. Such a strange attitude for them to have as a business to not want to resolve issue and just lock their customers out.

"Don't sign up to MailKing"

Signed up to MailKing but had an issue with emails being repeated to the same customer. Reached out to customer service for help and found them to be rude and unprofessional (all but called me a liar) and no help in working out the problem. I told the CEO I wanted to cancel my subscription and within minutes there was no further correspondence and my IP address banned. Very childish company and attitude. AVOID
