Credit Card Charging: CloudHQ is notorious for pulling your credit card for their monthly plan, does not forward you a notification of your upcoming monthly charge, then continuing to bill you.

I enlisted into the service for one month, CloudHQ then requested a credit card in place for services. OK, then they continue to bill you even though they do not forward a monthly notification and continue to billing. I then asked them for the other two(2) months did I have any activity/use of your services.
Customer Service replied, due to privacy, we cannot go into your account. I said fine, but you do have the ability to see the number of use without evading my pricacy. NO Answer.

THEN pulled the FINE Print telling me their policy & that I owe for services.

"Terrible customer service"

Terrible customer service. They are polite but don't they lack knowledge about the product. I bought the premium access to the tool based on answers to questions I raised regarding the tool which turned out not to be true. Once I raise the issue of them not giving me the right information beforehand, they cancelled my premium membership and refunded me without any notice and without me requesting it. This basically lost me 10+ hours of my work spent on setting all up.

Cloudhq is amazing! This service settled all the issues I had migrating from one cloud account to another. Currently, amazon is in the process of phasing out amazon drive and I have terabytes beyond terabytes of data including photos, videos and data files that needed to be migrated from amazon to Google drive. I was at a loss in terms of what to do. So I did some snooping around and came across cloudhq. It is amazing! It migrated everything with ease! There is so much more that this service has to offer other than cloud migration. The best part is that you can program this service to migrate certain folders and sync to certain folders instead of being at the mercy of it simply synchronizing everything all at once. It can also be configured to do a one way synch, which, I think is amazing! The dashboard is loaded with tools to help you manage any services that you have affiliated with cloud storage. For example, the dashboard has a tool that allows you to verify email sent status, there is also a tool that allows you to convert your email to pdf, it also has email video services, with valentines day coming up there is a tool to make e-cards, etc., etc. So please take a look at this service. I promise it will be everything that you want and more. I give these guys at cloudhq an A+++. In conclusion, If you're gonna be migrating bulk data from the cloud, be sure to use this service! It is painless and very user friendly. I highly and I am totally sure that you will too! it's almost as easy as point and click. All you have to do is pair the drive(s) and folder(s) together and the program does the rest. Please, take a moment and look at this service!

"Total & Complete Scam"

I bought their Bulk Email Forward annual subscription. On checkout, they write "30-Day Money Back Guarantee", and then on their Terms of Service they write "If Customer enrolls in the annual billing plan, fees are refundable within the first 30 days of the Services. Otherwise, fees are non-refundable except as required by law."

These clauses gave me the confidence to try their service out for my use case, knowing that I would get a refund if it didn't work out. Less than 24 hours later, I realized this solution was totally broken (they get throttled for 24 hours after I forwarded 452 emails) and was forced to go with a different solution instead. When I emailed them about this and asked for my refund, they gave me a PARTIAL refund for 11 months and said I was responsible for paying the first month anyway because I had used their service above the free limits.

This is definitely illegal and extremely shady. There is no way I would have tried this service on their sketchy-looking website had I known that I would be paying for the first month no matter what. There is NO LANGUAGE ANYWHERE about how they will convert me to a monthly billing plan and only provide a partial refund. "30-Day Money-Back Guarantee" tells me you are going to give me all my money back, not some of it, within 30-days. I emailed their support team about this and they basically just told me to too bad, so sad. I NEVER agreed to be on a monthly plan and have just disputed this with my credit card company.

Utterly awful customer experience. Randomly cancelling and blocking accounts, not answering basic questions. Avoid at all costs - shame as they seem to have some good technology

Completely slowed down my browser and after installing it, caused very slow response times to anything done within gmail. Search function stalled. After removing it, everything returned to normal.

I left it installed for 1 hour, a complete mess.

I signed up for the premium plan for Export Emails to Google Sheets by cloudHQ, and tried to export a bunch of email addresses - not only did it take days, but it failed - I was able to instead export via Outlook IMAP in just a few minutes.

I then cancelled my subscription via the CloudHQ platform, and got confirmation - and yet they took the money via PayPal anyway despite confirming the cancellation and won't refund!! Be warned, don't trust CloudHQ with ANY of your payment details
