siamo un'agenzia immobiliare e da molti anni ormai affittiamo su rentalia. Inserire gli annunci è molto semplice. Il sito porta sicuramente dei risultati in termini di contatti e di prenotazioni (ovviamente non quanto i siti più rinomati). Per l'inserimento dei prezzi, per la sincronizzazione del calendario e per la gestione dei pagamenti noi ci affidiamo ad un gestionale esterno (avaibook) che comunica perfettamente con rentalia.

Los propietarios no estan pendientes de las reservas que intentas hacer (las cuales caducan a las 24h si no hay respuesta por parte del propietario). Llamas al telefono de contacto de rentalia y no contesta nadie. El propietario no ofrece ni un correo de contacto ni un telefono para acelerae tramites. En fin, una verdadera vergüenza que exista esta web para el alquiler vacacional. Sois un desastre

No entiendo porque te dejan seleccionar unas fechas que luego resulta que ya están reservadas. Deberían gestionar eso de alguna manera. No pienso perder más el tiempo aquí.

I had the same experience as the other reviews. I was supposed to pay 800 euros for the apartment we were interested in. Their website kept telling me "ERROR". I tried emailing them, again got "ERROR". I called them, phone just rings no one picks up. I tried numerous times to email the owner of the apartment, the first two times she responded but after that I never heard from her again. She didnt even have the decency to give me any kind of info, whether she rented it to someone else, etc.

Waardeloze website. Je denkt een vakantiehuis te boeken maar uiteindelijk is het niet mogelijk of er zitten bijkomende 'addertjes' onder het gras. Heel lang mee bezig geweest om uit te zoeken, vergelijken, beschikbaarheid uitzoeken, een principe akkoord hebben maar op het laatste moment wordt het geannuleerd.
