Took 2 months to get an offer. The only thing good about Mpowered is the rates. Most times when you call there’s a long wait until someone answers and the underwriting process is diabolical- in 27 years of being an advisor , I would say the experience of using Mpowered is one of the worst I’ve experienced. The bdm is also no help at all.

We felt everyone deserve an equal treatment. Lender turned up for this foreign national couple when the computer literally said no! What seemed impossible eventually became a journey to a new beginning for a hardworking family. Amazing work from Simon and Teri.

I have used MPowered a few times now and in each case the mortgage offer was issued very speedily, the last application took 20 minutes from completing the application to offer. Technology is pretty simple to use, intuitive and easy to upload documents where required. Rates are competitive too, definitely use again!

Systems not working correctly, customer service deplorable. Keep getting reminders to do things that the system won't allow. Customer contact terrible

very very different to every other lenders system, and not particularly clear or strightforward.
It's quite difficult to get help on how to work your way through the strange system. Not easy to find a contact number to get help

"First time using them"
First time using them. Only reason it's 3 star and not 2 is because (eventually) an Offer was issued. Poor service overall, starting when a BDM didn't get back to me as they said. Repeated requests for more and more forms when it was abundantly clear it was easily affordable. I don't think they're empowered at all, as a result of their funding model.
