"Great firm"
Broken tap - they fixed it efficiently at a good price. Excellent office staff (gosh they answer when you call, make swift appointments with a one hour window, confirm on email), excellent plumber. I recommend highly.

"Nice One H2"
Incredibly happy with the service, price, and speed. Would highly recommend H2 Property Services Ltd. Dave the engineer was so helpful providing, knowledgeable and honest opinions on a couple of other issues that I need looking at. So will be using them again without hesitation.

"Left leaking gas after a cooker disconnection"
Left leaking gas after a cooker
disconnection.
Hung up on the first time I reported it, was also told I’d be charged for the luxury of the mistake rectification. Second call back to report the engineers findings was also fairly ‘unsuccessful’.
Seems the admin staff can say whatever and use whichever tone they like and that’s acceptable.
Professionalism clearly isn’t a requirement.
Irrespective my ego isn’t that fragile and I was far more concerned with the fact it was the second error on this job the first being my heating and hit water was inadvertently switched off.
However amusing it was to be told I was making accusations after relaying their engineers findings - the leak was due to a tear in the capped gas - it is an incredibly dangerous situation to be left in. That’s far from amusing.
Still haven’t had a response to my email but the engineer was pleasant enough as was the person who took my booking.
UPDATE: not quite the correct version of events (as I recall) as per their response but hey ho. The reason they came out was I explained to them it may be faster to have a third party investigate why there was a gas leak which wasn’t being attended to and was met with a moment of silence before offering an appointment. It was a bit of a ‘process’ but no point in going into the details. This company doesn’t appear to accept any responsibility for mistakes nor does it seems to care about fallen service level but instead adopts a belligerent attitude when called out. Rather silly and in fact dangerous as rather than address the fact a gas leak was caused and not deal with properly at all, the focus is on defending and indefensible response.
As another person below I’d prefer to go elsewhere in future and it seems according to a post below this company is very happy to have previous customers do just that! That’s great everyone is happy in the end and luckily for this company and the residents of the block the gas leak didn’t end in disaster.

"Learn from my mistake"
Following a 10 minute visit (I'm not exaggerating) and without any fix, £112 was removed from my account.
They then quoted ~£350 for further works. I found an experienced local plumber who did the job for less than half the price. I recommend others do the same.

"Engineer attended, bad diagnosis? Skill level?"
Engineer attended and said the part was faulty and a new part would be bought and fitted, we agreed, he fitted it and then said something else is faulty, we are now out of pocket for £408.60 and its not working.
See engineers report and email.---------
Checked over boiler and found that the gas valve is faulty and needs to be replaced. ----they then did that and told us something else was wrong, more costs. They offered us a credit of £237.05 if we go ahead and buy a new boiler from themselves...We will be reporting them. - I am an engineer and I know what is required when working on customers equipment, honesty at the beginning saves trouble and time. Had it been just the callout fee then fine. But not asking to buy parts when the engineer couldn't test the components, if they are not skilled enough then retrain, but not let us pay for the privilege!!

"Work OK but payment too hasty!"
the work carried out by the engineer seems satisfactory - but I did not like the way that payment was deducted from my card without any prior feedback for the work.
