very pleased with work done, the fitter arrived on time and did a great job fitting my new intergrated machine into a very tight space. Well done H2 Property services.

"Highly recommend"
I’ve been meaning to write a review for ages as I had my whole heating system replaced over a year ago now, and it hasn’t missed a beat since. I’m really happy with the work that was done efficiently, cleanly and with great skill. Lovely pipework from Darren (and his apprentice) and electrics were neat and tidy from Raff. I’d highly recommend H2. Guy will visit, plan it out and cost it with you then his team will come in and do a great job. Friendly, skilled and efficient work that has proved completely reliable. Great to see some apprentices on the job too, learning their trade from the pros. I’ve recommended to friends and family who have also been more than happy.

"H2 was excellent"
H2 was excellent. I urgently needed the boiler replaced in my tenanted property and H2 got it installed in 1 day instead of the 5 day norm. Thank you

"AVOID USING AT ALL COSTS"
AVOID USING AT ALL COSTS - Rogue Trader - Incompetent.
Three Engineers visits from H2 PROPERTY SERVICES three differents views from all three engineers. The charged fee for each visit to locate a problem to total of £334.14 and yet unable to fix the fault. Disgraceful.

"Efficient and courteous"
Arranged for two teams to do two different jobs at the same time to minimise disruption to our tenants. They arrived on time and did the jobs efficiently and courteously. Recommended.

"Did a good professional job at less…"
Did a good professional job at less than the estimated price. Turnaround was extremely fast and all properly cleaned up afterwards.

UPDATE!!
I am adding further argument as this was done 3 weeks prior to moving into an empty flat - how a boiler could fail within that time frame and with no one living here. Also I have the quote of £3000 and have attached it cut and pasted below
QUOTE FOR REMEDIAL WORKS:
- LABOUR: 4-5 Hours £85 + VAT per hour to investigate the bonding, please note the quotes are subject to change due to what we find on the investigation of the bonding.
(total £510)
Fuseboard Quote:
- Once the bonding is sorted. We can replace the fuse board.
- The fuse board is old and obsolete. The SWA cable feeding the fuse board is in poor condition and has been terminated poorly.
- Recommend cutting the SWA down and reterminating correctly. As this will make the cable short, recommend installing some sort of metal adaptable box/or isolator. Then running new tails to a new 5 way CCU with RCBOs.
- LABOUR: £1,100 + VAT (1 and a half days)
- MATERIALS: £780 + VAT
Supply and Fit £1880 + VAT
(Total:£2,256)
complete total- £2766, so ya, not £3000 but defintiely close and way more than what I have been quoted. AVOID!!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Hired to ensure gas and electricty service/certificate before exchanging on flat. spent over £500. Told GAs was safe and boiler was working and serviced. Told electricity failed and would cost £3000 to fix. Moved in to find boiler not working. Called and they refused to send anyone despite having small child unless I agreed to pay another £90+. Had 3 more quotes for electricity since this and all well under £600. NO customer service

"AVOID USING AT ALL COSTS"
AVOID USING AT ALL COSTS. WORKMEN DAMAGE YOUR HOUSE AND SOIL YOUR BATHROOM
I used this company to carry out gas and electric checks on my property prior to selling it.
I’m absolutely shocked that 2 things happened.
1. The workman used my toilet and left it soiled. I don’t want to provide details, I’m sure imagination is enough
2. The was damage to a kitchen work surface that had to be repaired at a cost of £180
There was no one in the property during this time except the workman from H2, meaning it was obvious where the damage came from. Despite this H2 refused to cover any of the damage to the property as their workman said he didn’t do it. They didn’t even offer to cover a portion of it. They did however offer to have my toilet cleaned for me (I refused to take this because I was so insulted by their refusal to pay for damage).
There is a no way I would recommend using this company. Clearly mistakes happen and damage can happen too, I don’t mind that. But refusing to accept responsibility for it is incredibly poor and unprofessional.
