"Poor customer service don't like paying…"

Poor customer service don't like paying for repairs done rather the tenants than them neglect disabled people's needs no care at all for tenants. Ignore tenants totally worst company I've ever dealt with poor service all around there moto is ignore it will go away mould damp paint peeling from ceilings talk to yourself tenants it's the pits honestly.

I am deeply distressed by the appalling neglect shown by GreenSquareAccord toward my family’s health and safety. For years, we have endured severe damp and mold in our Victorian property, which poses a direct risk to my young children’s health. Despite repeated pleas for repairs or relocation, the association has dismissed the urgency, claiming there is “no problem.”

This response stands in stark contrast to how they treated two white British neighbors in identical housing. Those families were promptly moved due to damp and mold issues to “protect their children’s health.” Those flats are vacant for more than 2 years. As a Muslim family, however, we’ve been ignored and gaslit, leaving us trapped in unsafe conditions that have already begun affecting my children. This blatant double standard reeks of discrimination.

It is unconscionable that a housing provider would prioritize some children’s well-being over others based on ethnicity or faith. The callous indifference of those responsible for prolonging this crisis is unforgivable. I can only hope accountability finds them, as karma has a way of balancing scales.

To anyone considering this association: proceed with caution. They have proven they will not protect vulnerable families equitably. Our children deserve better.

"No hot water"

No hot water, no reply to emails about this urgent repair. Why are they in Birmingham now? They are totally incommunicado.
Two horrible people in Tenancy division: Olivia Plumb and Leanne Bettis who do not care at all about you. They will happily try to evict you and lose no sleep doing so.

"WINDOW REPLACEMENT IS WORSE THAN THE WINDOW THEY TOOK OUT "

I will keep this short as possible! I had a rotten window replaced last July ( in summer) quite a big window which was wood . And it was rotten. Damaged window. water damage.
IT TOOK GREEN SQUAREACCORD NEALLY 5 YEARS TO REPLACE IT ( 5YEARS ) I AM PUTTING 10 QUID A DAY IN FLAT CUS OF THE WINDOW
After hundreds of emails and constant phone calls in 2020 to 2024 . Honestly I just gave up with it .wasn't getting anywhere with them . When I did finally get though to them on phone . Was told on many occasions to do repair form online. They just kept messing me about and lieing. Then they sent a few surveyors to my flat 4 in total over the years ... all surveyors said it needed changing immediately..
Anyway eventually I had a phone call last year saying that they was sending onother surveyor to measure the window again..I thought here we go again .. the bloke measured the window..a few weeks later .to my surprise. They rang and said. We are replacing window...I thought OK. Its only took 5 years ...they put in A PVC window in .and of course it was installed In summer no drafts etc / they still had to come to my flat 2 times after installing
to fix issues with a brand new window/ Over the last 4 weeks when temperatures dropped I noticed and checked the window there are drafts all around the window frame .the windows are warped don't shut properly..the draft that comes from the window sill is unexpectedly FOR A NEW PVC window... they ripped the old window out which Damaged the window sill .. they didn't put any foam around any of the framework .window itself isn't in the right place .
The old window was 100mm frame/ the new window is 50 mm so it don't even fit in .they had to bring the window forward on the sill .left a 50 mm gap all around the window the just put 50mm plastic capping around the window..which is already coming away from the wall because all the drafts ...its not good enough... the new window is worse than the one they took out
Tried to call them no answer. Emailed them 6 times the last week .no response at all .. the window is that bad I've had to put a old duvet .across the window sill and tape all around the window frame and the windows that open . I am absolutely disgusted BOTCHED ....
You won't answer my phone calls or emails again. Im not a well man severe mental health issues and disabled they don't care .I cant take much more of this terrible housing association..0 stars
On a side note and I hope you see this GSA
got to move to UC from old legacy benefits...they have already sent me a letter threatening me over rent . As the move to UC takes a few week s . 4 weeks at the most
In the letter they they say its unexceptional to have 4 weeks rent in arrears..let's see how long it takes to ring me or send me another threatening letter.... cus you won't be getting housing benefit....

"Terrible landlords"

I’ve waited 2 years to have 2 leaks fixed. For the first year they have nothing on their system about it … I called at least 4/5 times about it so I was confused why that was the case. This year I’ve been calling almost monthly in regard to it and only after filing a formal complaint I’ve had an update on it and yet still nothing has happened.

Also, for 9 months they have overcharged me on my rent. The only reason I found that out was because I had to request a tenancy agreement and it didn’t match the amount they were taking out my bank.
To make matters worse the accounts officer dealing with me/it didn’t reach out when he was supposed to. So after I filed a formal complaint he reached out and is only trying to refund me for 8 months … so I’ll be out of pocket for the companies mess up.
In my opinion I believe it may be some form of retaliation for filing a complaint against him.

Appalling customer service, I have no idea how they’re still an operating company because they’re terrible.

"Greensqaure send a letter out saying…"

Greensqaure send a letter out saying they going to visit ,my neighbour got a letter giving 6 days notice they don't realise people working & tenants need more time to organise dates a email was sent back stating not suitable & rearrange for a more suitable date.
The head office say they reply within 2 days utter garbage four days after sending the email to head office they replied four days later than it says they do no wonder tenants & ex employees say the same thing about this housing company please I ask of green square sell up get a decent housing company to take over

"I have waited over a year to get my…, "

I have waited over a year to get my leaking Roofs repaired.. they keep sending out assessment people who recommend major repairs, or new roofs. (Both dining room and garage .. ) but I get only excuses, and more dates to get it done by…nothing happens. Now they have given me dates, only to be re arranged twice more. This since Oct 23 . . But. They are happy to keep putting my garage rent up… and taking the money !

"Shared ownership nightmare Greensquare Accord"

First time buyer purchased a 50% share in a flat through accord.

I moved out of the property four years later with permission from Greensquare to sublet it as I started a family and needed a bigger home.

Greensquare Accord called me one day and explained that I no longer had permission to sublet the property and that it needed to be sold.

This left me trapped with a need to pay a mortgage on the flat, rent on the flat as well as council tax, none of which I can afford alongside my mortgage and other bills.

There is no duty of care or accountability on their part. The property has been for sale for eighteen months and remains empty whilst I can't afford to pay my bills.

They recently surveyed our bungalow for new windows and doors and replacing our heating system with air pump heating
We gave never used our heating I. 30 years so I couldn't careless what they put in this place cos I'm not ever going turn the rubbish in

"Repair"

They are a waste off time housing association i have been told by them they will not replace my widows and doors .in the summer can not get my back door and front door open because the frame swells up .also been asking for a new kitchen for over 25 a years and also have damp in my house I have two disabled people live in the house my partner and daughter both with health conditions but they don't care what so ever all they care about is getting the rent money. My rating is zero .
