Unprofessional and poor customer service , I been 3 weeks with out heating or hot water , every week in my off day their engineer is comping at 4 o'clock for 10 minutes and said I did repair but no hot water not heating in my home . I believe they work unqualified people to pay them less .

The communal washing machine has been out of use for six weeks. The repair man attended and said the part had to be ordered from America, add on another four weeks.
GSA refuse to provide a temporary replacement, or refund service charge to tenants to pay for alternative ways to wash their clothes.
These people are elderly frail and unsteady on their feet. One tenant has cancer and they refuse to entertain providing an alternative. I have asked twice how to complain and who the ombudsman is and this has been ignored.
I wish we had never moved my parent into one of their properties.

Greensquare Accord and their tenancy officer, GreenSquareAccord have threatened me today with my Tenancy… Greensquare accord wanted their surveyor To come into my home today to carry out a survey for asbestos which they did the same thing six years ago. I have rang Greensquare Accord for the last seven days asking that this visit could be cancelled as my brother has just died less than a fortnight ago
The Tenancy Officer Has threatened me that if I do not respond by the 14th of October, she will take my tenancy off me. I accuse Greensquare Accord of being bullies, trying to intimidate me
I never knew an housing association could be so cold with no compassion .
I’ve been a tenant of Greensquare Accord for 14 years which I’ve been discriminated against. By previous Housing Officer and various other members of staff who do not like transsexuals, which is what I am.
Why should I apologise for who I am when Greensquare Accord keep bullying me intimidating me….

Bought shared ownership with greensquare. Reported an issue with heating loss during warranty was told boiler is fine but could be a leak. They didn’t make any notes on file so are refusing responsibility. Day 5 of not hearing or hot water and mould damp walls due to a leak in the wall. New build property and has clearly been there since it was built but only just come to light as I noticed mould. Everyone speaks to says your outside warranty and denying all knowledge. Will su them for compensation on this. AVOID them

What a terrible company (housing association). My kitchen cupboard came away from the wall and it's taken 6 months for them to repair it, avoid this housing association if you can, they don't care whether your disabled or not, once they start collecting rent that's all they care about.
20th May I reported it, November they say they can do the work.

I have been a tenant at on of GreenSquareAccord accords properties since 2019 and have had mould in my flat since 2020 I have a 7 year old who is coughing up blood and am now pregnant and very scared for the health of my family. Housing officers don’t reply half the time and when they do they can’t help with anything. AVOID this company if you have any other choice, only care about money and not the people they have a duty of care too.

This place use to be a great place to work but since Fran Sargent was employed it has turned into a complete disaster. Fran is a complete bully she’s made members of her team go off sick with stress, she speaks to people like they are something on the bottom of her shoe. Before she came here there were a full team of surveyors every single one has left because of her bullying, micro managing and her poor managerial skills. She’s employed half her family and when she worked at her last housing association WHG the employees also called her a bully ask anybody at WHG about Fran Sargent they even set up a Facebook page about her being a bully doesn’t this just show it’s exactly what she is. She has made her team scared of approaching her. I would not recommend anyone taking a job while this bully continues to work here. Unless you want to be over worked under appreciated, under paid and bullied where you will end up off sick or in a mental health hospital.

Quite simply in this for the coin, with no care or thought towards the customers
i would strongly advise against using if at all possible not to get involved with this company
they have no sympathetic approach considering the sort of property they are managing
when a relative passes away in one of the properties they manage
they will immediately start chasing the next of kin for money
i half expected them to turn up with a card machine at the funeral as they are that callous
