If I could give a 0 star I would.

Had a blocked pipe again 2 weeks ago, reported the repair at 19:30 as an emergency as we couldn't use the bathroom. Chased loads and they finally sent someone the following day at 11:30am. By which time, the toilet completely flooded our flat and parts of the communal area. To state, this wasn't just water, it was sewage waste.

They sent a cleaner at 16:00 after the blockage had been sorted who cleaned a little but couldn't do much. We've had to tear all of our hallway flooring, bedroom carpet and livingroom carpet up.

Emailed the same night to complain and request compensation for replacement of floors. Chased a week ago, 1 week after sending the email, to be told they couldn't find it and I'd need to give the info over the phone again and wait 5 working days.

Finally got a response today only to be told it's just been passed to stage 1, and wait 10 working days for a response.

UPDATE: As of today, 9th May we still haven't had am official response. The lady dealing with my complaint, Catherine, advises its because of her workload. 6 weeks yesterday since the incident, disgusting really

Worst housing association at all. Very bad service unhelpful 6 Months waiting to fix my kitchen ceiling. Not recommend this company to anyone

"Totally incompetent company"

Totally incompetent company that are not fit for purpose.
8 months ago I reported 2 exterior lights that illuminate the path to my flat not working. It is a health and safety hazard as it's pitch back there. After literally dozens of times ringing them they recently repaired one of them. The workmen said thats all they were instructed to do. I immediately contacted Green Square who said that someone would call me back within 10 days. As is always the case with these people, nobody returns your call.
After waiting on hold for 52 minutes today, I eventually got through and the guy said that he would report it as a complaint and someone will ring me within 7 days. What???? Are you for real?

this is one of the worst housing associations I've been with. They take months even years in my case to complete any repairs. I've made complaint after complaint and they get in contact and pretend to arrange resolution by constantly sending surveyor and workers out to do nothing but survey the same job over and over again. Then once repairs are agreed, they then take another month to actually do anything. Also they do a botch job by giving me mix match kitchen countertops as replacement and new cupboard door that does not match the current kitchen cupboard doors.
Rent is so high for type of house and its pathetic.

Zero stars as far as I'm concerned! GSA have increased rents and deny tenants their needs with restrictions on repairs with delays and excuses. I have no storage in my small property so decided to install a loft ladder as the attic was floor boarded when I moved in. It turns out that GSA see this as an alteration and do not allow tenants to use the loft space. Apparently it is only for insulation and access by their tradesman. It does not feel like my home but a work & maintenance site for GSA tradesman. I know many GSA tenants who use their loft space! It seems I am used as a cash cow! Just a sitting duck in a shell of a building that I do not call a home as I am unable to make it how I want it to suit my needs. So many restrictions. You cannot do this! You Must not! You will not! We cannot! with the over used go to word 'UNFORTUNATELY' that GSA love to use. Every week I buy the lottery in the hope that I can escape from the miserable box that I have the misfortune to be stuck with. Communication with the call Centre is hopeless! Excessively long lead times on call backs and more often than not I don't get a response at all. Emails are not replied to. Housing officers ignore emails and calls. They soon reach out to me about a rent increase though!

My 79yr old partner lives at Old Vicarage Pelsall, WS3 4AZ. He is registered disabled, unsteady on his feet and walks with a stick. He lives on the first floor. The lift has been out of order for about 3 weeks now. He has to carry his shopping up the stairs and the launderette is downstairs, so he has to carry his washing down and up the stairs. THIS IS DISGUSTING. AN ACCIDENT WAITING TO HAPPEN.

Been a tenant in this house since 2006 and I've realised they have done no maintenance at all during this time. I need all new windows new bathroom and. Replace floor boards. Damp throughout all 3 external. Walls inside and out reported 12 months ago. And all they care about is the damn tree in the garden

IWE CANNOT SPEAK MORE HIGHLY OF THEM, ALSO SEVERAL NEIGHBORS I HAVE CHATTED TO ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK THEY HAVE DONE. PROFESSIONAL , FRIENDY, PUT US AT EASE ABOUT THE WORK THAT NEEDED DOING.ALSO THEY HOOVERED AND TIDIED UP BEFORE LEAVING. SO A BIG THANKYOU TO THEM ( HOPE THEY GET A BONUS !!
