"STAY AWAY DISGRACEFUL!"
I've been a Greensquare resident for 9 years. They're appalling. I will list their incompetencies below:
1) Left me with no hot water or heating for 2 weeks, they only fixed it because I contacted my local MP.
2) I had a gas service and the worker flooded my property, no support or anything offered by Greensquareaccord
3) My Electric check has just been completed since 2014, now 2023!
4) I've never had contact from my Housing officer
5) The communal areas are disgusting- Not hoovered, smelly, unclean, untaxed/mouldy vehicles in the car park, grass not cut. What am I paying service charge?
6) Rent & Service charge have increased by £133, isn't it meant to be Social/affordable housing. They take your money and provide an inadequate service.

"Does not even deserve a star"
Does not even deserve a star , absolute disgrace, they will not replace anything that needs replacing , and they will not repair what needs repairing , they fob you off, even the complaint’s department dosent call you back when they give you a window of 3 days been a 3 weeks still waiting for a call from them,

"Worst company experience ever"
Worst company experience ever. We have serious issues with their tenants. This includes anti social behaviour and theft. GreenSquare find nothing wrong with the behaviour of their tenants even though the police and the council know otherwise. No reply, very laxed and no help from GreenSquare. Avoid them if you can.

"Awful company"
Utterly incompetent staff working for a company that is not fit for purpose, Alot of the horror story reviews ring true to my experience and I can confirm they are that bad if not worse.

"trust me if I could give zero stars I…"
trust me if I could give zero stars I would, I am disabled and suffer with numerous heslth conditions I have had a leaking toilet for 6 months now I have reported it numerous times a cowboy of a plumber turned up 5/1/23 took the flush system out played with it replaced it and left for the toilet to start leaking again 10 mins later so phoned back to be told the plumber had now left the area,I have then since had to report my hob has stopped working to be told a pack of lies 4 2 weeks(still no working hob) but I got told on 2/5/23 by Damien a plumber would eventually be coming to fix said leak (on the 3/5/23) to be phoned by one of there agents 5 mins before the end of the 8 1/2 hour time slot that he wasn't coming so I have told them to shove their repair I will do it myself and then im going to bill them for it........so moral of this story is if your offered a property from these cowboys buy a tent and live in the park cos trust me you will be better off in the long run

"GSA are not to be trusted…"
I have been in my property about 14 years first it was caldmore housing, then accord, now green square accord.
Before the housing officers would use bullying tactics to try and get there own way for the housing association, they would even bring a male member of staff and call him and asbo officer even when they wasn't, even gave them a false name.
Since I posted the last bully boy tactic visit on YouTube I haven't had no more visits.
Neither do I want any more visits of those awful horrible people.
I have told them that any interactions with accord now greensquareaccord will be recoded for my own safety.
I have been promised repairs they either get half done or not done at all and this is only after an inspector and a housing officer visits.
They have admitted 4 times over the past 6 years I need a new back door and the windows need replacing because the seals have gone and have heard nothing since.
Don't imagine it will get done unless there is a government grant, like with any upgrades or repairs as GSA is about profit first and tenants and staff welfare last.

"Not Fit For Purpose"
Like many here we are having problems with GSA The latest being non payment for our communal licence This is despite us having paid our fees to our scheme manager in November. The authority tell us they have sent three reminders which have been ignored. They say that unless it is paid at once the concession will be withdrawn We have been watching TV illgally since December.
Recently tenants on HB were told they were in arrears as HB is paid 4 weeks in arrears. They sent the scheme manager around to get these tenants to sign a dd to pay 4 weeks in advance All tenants are elderly here and when they read arrears many panicked and signed This was clearly a planned move A disgrace
It is clear GSA and their officers are not fit for purpose and action is neede..

"Shocking practice"
I would give them - stars, i am a shared ownership tenant and we are currently 4 months into a complaint which they are refusing to address or resolve. I have involved citizens advice. They are currently breaking the conditions in my lease with a complete lack of communication regarding my rent and in Nov and December decided to increase my DD by £60 a month with no warning when they realised they hadn’t taken the correct amount from my bank for 2 years. I will use their words ‘the arrears (through their errors) were swept up in your ongoing DD’ they did this by whacking £60 on my rent. The only communication received was a direct debit mandate form after the money left my account. No explanation or conversation about how to resolve two years of their mistakes. Did I mention they are short staffed as this is something which apparently is justification for this mess. It took 1 month to respond to my telephone call. A further month to my email and we have now missed two deadlines following their complaints procedure.

Shared ownership
Is a joke. Huge hole in roof due to general wear and tear. GS refused to fix it even though I pay buildings insurance to them. Mould start appearing on ceilings - so I have had to take out a bank
Loan! Single parent and all that. Disgusting organisation.

"GSA review -5"
Again I would not give GSA any rating at all in fact l would give them -5. Four weeks ago our communal washing machine broke down and flooded the wash room and the hallway outside it. I, like many others rely on the washing machine and there have been excuses after excuses. The main one is the contractor will be with you in 24-48 hours. After hearing this for weeks l decided to phone the company and to my astonishment l was told that they will not be doing any repairs until GSA has paid their outstanding account. I have been in touch with the Housing Ombudsman and they will get involved at the end of January. We also have a broken boiler that hasn’t worked since the 9th of December.
