Not sure how this company is a 4.2!! This is by far the worst company I have dealt with. They create bills for no reason and when a refund is due they do not pay. I have submitted almost 4 complaints to this company just to force them to get things done, and even then, it almost got to the point where I had to get the energy ombudsman involved.
In all seriousness guys, avoid this company unless you want to get stung by their terrible customer service, and billing team.
