Once again despite having a smart meter I am getting estimated bills for my business.
This has now happened twice in succession.
Could this be a coincidence that I have informed them that I will not continue to use them once my contract expires.
This will now involve a prolonged telephone call explaining to a poorly trained operator how to alter the settings on their system, so that I get an automatic reading.

All the 5* reviews must be from employees, this company is expensive when compared to others, and their customer service is awful.
