"One star too many "
I had the displeasure of moving into a business supplied by YGP who are refusing to allow me to move to another supplier. Despite trying to resolve this for a month to no avail. Meanwhile recieving multiple calls and emails trying to coax me into signing a contract with them (the only thing they will correspond over is getting your money)
I have sent them legally required proof for them to complete a change of occupancy form - including an entire tenancy agreement, full contact with the landlord and identification and they still refuse.
Their telephone service is non-existent, with staff transferring you from person to person and email correspondence is no better.
Nothing more than con artists attempting to force people into signing their outrageous prices. British Gas and EDF have quoted less than a third of the cost. I am now trapped into paying emergency rates while awaiting resolution.
As stated, I have provided more than the legally required information needed to allow the change of occupancy to be completed and yet they continue to create more issues and still refuse to allow me to change providers.

I have made more calls and written more emails than you can imagine and I cannot speak to anyone who has any understanding of what I am trying to sort out - I am passed from one person to another some who can talk on the phone and some who can't. No departments talk to each other and it is the most stressful situation in what is already an extremely stressful situation for us.

Really unacceptable service, the worst I have ever encountered. Complaints are raised but never answered, I have been shuttled between various departments and submitted all evidence but no resolution has even been suggested. On hold once again and the representative cannot even give me an eta for dealing with the issue. Incredibly stressful and should be able to be sorted out much quicker than this.
