They are terrible with after sales. I ordered items that are usually my size and they are too big. They won’t exchange and don t actually care. I will never shop at this store again .I-spoke to them in store and even their staff said they have a lot of trouble with exchange. Don’t buy from them. They won’t even exchange if it’s faulty. The company wont be getting any more of my money. Mad as hell. Rip offs🤨Kim

There is a scam going around Facebook for fake Taking Shape. Bought two lots of items supposed $7.98 each. Payment came out pending from London. Went to local store and it’s a scam. Be vigilant ! Have to wait till payment has fully gone through before it can be reversed….

"Taking Shape Port…"

This week I shopped at the Port Macquarie Taking Shape store, I had phoned ahead because I live over an hour away and didnt want to waste the trip if they didnt have what I was looking for.
I was served by Lizzie and Shaz and they were fabulous...they had already pulled out some jeans and tops in my size.
This was a wonderful experience and I cant thank you enough girls.
To be able to buy smart casual clothes that fit and feel really good makes a world of difference for us more womanly women!!

Today I visited my Taking Shape store in Joondalup W.A. I assisted by Sharon who provided excellent customer service. She helped me selected many items that suited my purpose and style. She is very intuitive and friendly. I left the store feeling a million dollars! I don't shop for clothes often but always seem to find what I need at Taking Shape.

"My first & last purchase."

My first purchase... and last. Since the prices were in pounds, I did not immediately realise I was shopping at an Australian shop (my mistake). Only express delivery offered; £12. Online returns only possible if I send my parcel to Australia (for £10)! As for the coat itself; looked lovely online but really poor quality in real life. I will not shop here again.
