The is the worst company I’ve ever worked with. Be careful they take a £150 per month subscription and have completed inaccurate reports. After trying to resolve I have no answers to why they got my accounts so wrong. No one answers you, my VAT report was forgotten and now I’ve tried to cancel they are not acknowledging it after 2 weeks of chasing. I’m so upset, they have cost me so much money and time. My new accountants work with me personally, understand the business and it is completely the opposite to this company. I have written a complaint and again nothing for them but pointless holding emails. I am going to trading standards next as it is not okay.

In response to emailing the feedback team I have done this several times and they just say they are looking into it but never get back to you. I have no answers to why my accounts were so wrong and a month has gone by. I have provided my details to mazuma through trust pilot link. This is about saving future customers time and money. Which is the purpose of the review. The company do not care when they get things wrong they just cause stress and upset but continuing to say we are looking into it. Maybe actually provide answers and resolve would save a lot of upset. This could have easily been resolved when I first made contact.
