AVOID! I can't describe how unprofessional and incompetent Mazuma are as accountants. Abysmal and potentially fraudulent accounting practices, knowingly submitting false and incorrect tax returns. The people doing your bookkeeping are not qualified accountants. They have caused substantial damage to my business.

I'm activating reporting Mazuma and various registered accountants within thier team to the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, HMRC and other bodies.

Update: I have now received some documents from Mazuma, but as usual, they are widely inaccurate, stating incorrect sales and VAT amounts, there is zero reconciliation to my bank account, which has resulted in £10,000+ of sales revenue missing from their reporting.
