They always reply quickly when I have issues. For example I had some issues with the battery compartment and pedal. All resolved.

Proprietors are very helpful, efficient and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble in explaining all the bike’s features and accessories.

Good communication with Ampere electric cycles. Didn't like the fact that I had to buy a whole wheel set of spokes rather than just the 5 I required.
Also the order was subcontracted to another supplier and it took over a week to supply my parts due to this company being on vacation.

I bought my Ampere electric step-through bike through the Eco Bike Company. I'm very happy with my bike. Not only have I not ridden any bike for many years, I've never even tried an electric bike. Without any assist, this bike is very smooth to ride, much better than other any bike I've had. The battery is easy to fit and remove.
