Great item sent very quickly. Packaging was excellent and my flooring arrived in perfect condition. This was the only place in the UK I could find this replacement flooring so I am really pleased.

Easy to order online, very helpful Customer Service representatives and fast delivery via courier. I ordered 3 pieces of vinyl flooring, all of good quality. Unfortunately one arrived damaged in transit, which was not discovered until fitting. Because of time pressure I had to source a replacement locally. CS representative Phil was extremely helpful with my situation, organised a full refund and pick up for damaged item instead of a replacement, and was most sympathetic to my situation. Pick up occurred and full refund was issued as promised. I would absolutely use this company again.
