Pretty awful experience.
I ordered one of their products (100€) on December 15th.
It was supposed to arrive within 5-7 days.
When the time came, I had zero information from their side so I contacted them.
They told me that they were still waiting for the provider to send them the item and they didn't know when I would receive my product.

This happened 4 times in 1,5 months. Thy never provided me any information, I was the one that had to contact them every single time.

They basically sell a product that they have no access to and they tell you that you will have it in 5 days.

I own a photo studio and I needed this product really urgently.

Do yourself a favour and don't waste your time, don't buy anything here.

Afgelopen zaterdag 25 Jan 2025 camera.nu in Apeldoorn bezocht.
Een schouderriem voor de verrekijker,16 oplaadbare penlites en een dikke oplader hadden we nodig.
De schouderriem was er wel( wel de keuze uit maar 1 soort hahah) de rest was niet op voorraad in Apeldoorn.
Die medewerkster verzekerde ons dat het in urk wel was.
Maandag uiterlijk dinsdag zouden we in huis moeten hebben.
Wij betalen en naar ons vakantiehuisje in voorthuizen toe.
Diezelfde middag kregen we een mailtje van camera.nu dat het helemaal niet op voorraad was.
Wij dachten,worden we nu weer bedonderd.
En ja hoor,dinsdag ging ik bellen met de vraag hoe of wat.
Die jongedame kon mij vertellen dat die accu's helemaal niet op voorraad waren en ook voorlopig niet zouden komen.
Ik werd wel een beetje pissig waarop ik besloot de hele boel n te annuleren.
Ik eiste wel ons aankoop bedrag binnen een paar dagen terug en een bewijs dat we hebben geannuleerd.

Zo ga je niet met klanten om.

"Heel fijn geholpen"

Ben heel erg fijn geholpen door een medewerker in het filiaal op de Amstelveenseweg in Amsterdam. Ik had het product besteld via de site om op te halen in de winkel. Bij aankomst hadden ze het precieze product toch niet, maar heeft de medewerker er alles aan gedaan dat ik toch tevreden naar huis ging. Ook vroeg hij of ik nog vragen had over het product. Heel erg blij mee.

I bought a product from cameranu.nl that is not sold in Italy and that is difficult to find in other European countries (in some stores I found the product in the size I needed but not in the color I wanted, or the opposite).
Their customer support is excellent, they respond very quickly to every request.
In the end for me it was like buying from a store in my country. The product initially required 5 or 7 working days to be available in stock again, but instead it was delivered to me by courier within 3 days and packaged impeccably.
I have already purchased another product from their online store.

Zelfde item voor 98% identiek aan origineel A merk koop je bij 'Chinees' voor 1/5 e van de prijs.
Webwinkel zou klant moeten waarschuwen als ze A merk kopen, dat er ook een goedkoper alternatief is.
