My car’s front headlight bumper was severely damaged, and I needed a quick repair. After researching quotes online, I found LMS to be one of the best options. I contacted them and booked an appointment. They repaired the damage on the same day with excellent quality workmanship. Despite it being the weekend, a typically busy time for them, they managed to fix the issue promptly without compromising on quality. I’m very grateful for their efficient and professional service.

I was told car will be ready in 2 hours . Waited in Westfield for 3 hours no contact no replies , came to garage found it locked. They were replying only to messages for further work but not about how I can collect the car . Had to travel home by train and collect the car next morning. When asked for explanation they say team A , team B , team C . And no team knows what’s going on . Stay away

I found this place through WhoCanFixMyCar, and like other reviewers have mentioned, they were already spamming my WhatsApp — very pushy and annoying.
I provided clear photos of the damage, but when I arrived they quoted higher than the original estimate with no good reason.
I agreed to a £500+ body repair and a £45 MOT, but it turned into one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had.
When I got my car back, I discovered they had driven it to McDonald's without my permission and left the trash inside — a McDonald's cup, fries, receipt, straw wrapper, all left behind. They had moved my seats around, taken my USB cable, and were playing music in my car. Completely inappropriate, unprofessional, and disrespectful.
They gave nothing but excuses and offered me just £20 as compensation — not even enough for a proper car wash.
On top of that, they left adhesive residue on my car badge from the repair work, which they didn’t bother to clean off properly.
Horrible customer service, careless work, and absolutely no respect for your vehicle or your trust. I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

First and last time I use this garage.
I had some vibration on front wheels. Took car in for diagnosis and they identified problem and provided quote. I had only recently had a service and MOT at my usual dealership, and they had flagged same issues (so I could compare estimate) and LMS are cheaper.
Thought it weird that I had to pay them some of cost up front to sort parts and also that it had to be bank transfer or cash
Car was in at 9am and approx. 5pm I called them to find out that some parts not received, and car would be sorted next day. Next day I get a call, and they pretty much insist I come and collect by 5pm.
My issue isn’t cost or quality of work – as far as I can tell the vfm and quality is good - my issue was poor communication and total lack of customer service.
When I went to collect it I would expect to see someone who would talk me through the work and paperwork. Instead, I am left waiting for two different staff members to tell me how much I owed for me to explain twice I had paid in full for them to both explain they would check.
Then I was presented with the key, and I had to ask that I be given a written breakdown of the work. The lady seemed surprised that having spent close to £1,000 that I actually wanted a record of the sale and after a wait from a vintage printer I finally got it. The lady asked me if everything had been ok and I said it hadn't - I said that communication and customer service had been poor. She apologised but didn't ask me to elaborate, ask if I wanted to speak to anyone else or seek to refer me to anyone else in the organisation.
Car arrived covered in dust, no protection used for interior and dirt on the plastic sill.
So, no complaint around cost or quality of work. I am looking for an independent garage, local to me , that I can go to for service, mot and repairs. All I want is to be treated like a customer and be given clear information to enable me to plan my day when my car is in the garage
The main contact was civil and helpful but there is no delivery behind it. I won't use the garage again or recommend it - felt the whole approach was dismissive
