Southend Suez is rubbish!!!!. Constant missed collections. No communication, emails ignored. They are causing a Health and Safety risk to our site. Requested new food bins, ignored, Requested an additional collection day, ignored. Can't wait until this contract is over. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

On the face of it this should have been a very simple thing to resolve - a food waste bin not being emptied. It actually took a considerable amount of time and many emails before we finally got the bin emptied. We knew this was a new service but it seemed Suez was taken by surprise by the number of clients signing up to the service in a very short space of time. The bin was finally emptied. Lets hope that moving forward the service works seamlessly. Suez staff were all very helpful and responsive to emails.

My bins were left again today yet there is no food in there. What is this, I am now going to take legal action as I am fed up of these ongoing issues for over 2 years now. It is despicable. This is a joke. They collect every one’s bins except mine. You should be ashamed.
