"Zuri Furniture might not be an honest…"

Zuri Furniture might not be an honest supplier. They advertise furniture (Knox) on their website that they can't deliver. I have wasted my time to measure and incorporate their modular sofa into my room design and when I was ready to order and contacted them by email, I received feedback that this item is temporary discontinued and they don't know if or when it will come back. I asked why they advertise it then as if it IS on stock. Then they made it sound as if they will take that item off their website. Months later, they still advertise it on their website. Who wants to have business with them if they need to lie about something like this?

"Stylish bar chairs "

I bought my first 6 chairs two years ago. I liked them a lot, very stylish, comfortable, looks great. It's very easy to put it together. So, I decided to update one of them after. The only thing I don't like the seats are getting deformed by the time.

"The Aspen sofa is hard as a rock"

The Aspen sofa is hard as a rock. I feel like I'm sitting on a park bench.

Unfortunately, I got a credit and I refuse to buy anything from your company anymore due to the credit can only buy a soda and your lack of compassion and such return policy. What goes around will come....will see how long your business is around. Good news it's a beautiful looking couch I can't sit on for comfort.

"Dishonest reviews "

Their chair start to show premature wear after 4 years, based on that i wrote a review on their web page, review wasn't posted/approved (there goes honesty of their reviews) and i received a email reply telling me its not their product - its their product and i bought it directly from them and i have receipt (which i sent as proof to them). Zuri not standing behind their product is one thing but outright lie and disallowing honest reviews is just dishonest business practice. Go to facebook Zuri Furniture page and go to reviews, posted under my name with pictures including receipt.

"This company's management is paid to much"

UPDATE: I gave them a 4 star because they completed the purchase for me. Pitiful When management doesn't even know their processes enough to make sure a $3000 purchase has a process to go smoothly. The salesman did his job extremely well. The delivery people were great, but they didn't have a process with the company!! They never should have shipped the desk with parts missing! Also, the delivery people should be fully connected to the company. So they are responsible in not telling the customer that the company's going to deal with it. The delivery people were detached as soon as I signed the document and they had nothing else to do with it. They took the pictures of the damage, but they couldn't provide that to the company? This may seem pretty small of a situation, but it shows the greater damage the management is doing to this company. I think they have really high quality products, but if they can't even ship them undamaged and complete.... how big was management's bonus in twenty twenty four?
Wow. They already are only 2.7. why did I buy a desk here for $3,000? What a mistake. It's an incredibly nice desk but the lock is broken so I can't use it. May as well not have a drawer that locks. But for 3,000 plus dollars I would expect a working lock. After months the company has shipped me an incorrect lock that would need to be assembled and drilled into the desk. In other words, they can't even send me the correct lock that goes with the $3,000 desk I bought. So instead of punishing them anymore for such a silly situation, I'm just saying I would never buy any furniture from this company again and I would never recommend them to anyone. If you paid half price this would still be the most upsetting situation I've had in many years. This is about the 5th desk I've bought and none of them upset me the way this does. $3,000 they had to come back twice, and the lock is still broken 3 months after I bought the thing. What a shame. It doesn't take much to break a three-star company but this company managed well to do so. 2.7. 🤦

I have had the most frustrating, disappointing experience with Zuri Furniture, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. We ordered the Arbre Dining Table **nine months ago**, and it has been a nightmare ever since. The replacement table we finally received on **January 9, 2025**, after months of delays and excuses, was **severely defective**. It had **paint runs, color inconsistencies, and visible fractures and dents**—clearly a lack of quality control.

The timeline of this ordeal speaks for itself:
- **July 2024**: Technician confirmed the original table base was defective. No action for months until I chased them down.
- **September 2024**: Replacement base arrived, but I had to store it myself for weeks while waiting for installation.
- **November 2024**: Technician installed the replacement base, making the table worse. I requested a refund immediately.
- **January 2025**: Received a replacement table that was worse than the original.

Throughout this process, Zuri has been unresponsive, unaccountable, and full of excuses. They blamed third-party technicians and "internal reviews," dragging this out unnecessarily. I’ve spent months following up, only to end up with a defective product that doesn’t match the quality they advertise.

**Speaking of advertising**, Zuri's website boasts nearly 3,000 glowing reviews—but here’s the catch: **there’s no way for customers to leave reviews!** It’s painfully obvious that these "positive reviews" are fabricated to lure in unsuspecting buyers. How can a company claim transparency when they don’t even allow real customers to share their experiences?

I’ve requested a full refund and for Zuri to pick up this defective furniture at no cost to me. If they don’t resolve this immediately, I’ll be escalating to consumer protection agencies. Avoid this company at all costs—they don’t value your time, money, or satisfaction.

Zuri Furniture might look good online, but the reality is far from it. Buyer beware!

As of TODAY I have had 92 EMAILS WITH support/zurifurniture.com to resolve this issue!!

Contrary to Zuris' response:
We received the dinning table on APRIL 27, 2024. Only after hosting our first dinner on June 1, 2024, did we notice the unstable base and report the issue on June 3, 2024. It took almost 2 months of back and forth with Zuri support before we received a replacement that was also defective. It took another 5 months of back forth, for us to receive the second "defective" replacement. This was part of a dinning room set that we purchased and are asking for a full refund. The only option for Zuri to redeem themselves, is to refund our $4,412.93 without further delay.
